1 Important Safety Instructions
Hearing Safety
To prevent hearing damage, limit the time you use the headphones at high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The higher the volume, the less time you can safely listen. Always follow these guidelines when using headphones:
- Use headphones reasonably for listening to music. Both usage time and volume should be reasonable.
- Be aware that as your hearing gradually adapts, you may continue to turn up the volume.
- Do not turn the volume up so high that you cannot hear surrounding sounds.
- In situations where you might be in danger, exercise extreme caution or temporarily stop using the product.
- Excessive sound pressure from headphones can cause hearing loss.
- It is not recommended to use headphones in both ears while driving, as this may be illegal in some places.
- For your safety, avoid being distracted by music or calls in traffic or other potentially dangerous environments.
General Information
⚠️ Warning
To avoid damage or malfunction:
- Do not expose the headphones to excessive heat.
- Do not drop the headphones.
- Avoid splashing water on the headphones. (Refer to the IP rating of your specific product)
- Do not immerse the headphones in water.
- Do not charge the headphones if the connector or socket is wet.
- Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasives.
- Clean the headphones regularly with a clean, damp cloth, especially the sound outlet and microphone holes, to prevent accumulation of substances like sweat or earwax.
- If sweat or water remains in the sound outlet, air holes, or microphone holes, the volume level may temporarily decrease or be completely cut off. This is not a malfunction. Dry the headphones thoroughly with a soft, damp cloth. Alternatively, remove the ear tips, turn the sound outlet upside down, and gently tap the headphones about five times with a dry cloth or similar item to remove any residual water.
- Ensure the headphones are completely dry before charging and use. Avoid cleaning with disposable alcohol pads or other substances.
- Do not expose the built-in battery to excessive heat such as sunlight or fire.
- Improper replacement of the battery may cause an explosion. Replace only with the same or an equivalent type of battery.
- If the charging slot cover is not closed, the headphones may not achieve their specified IP rating.
- Disposing of a battery in a fire or hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting a battery, can result in an explosion.
- Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable gas or liquid.
- Leaving a battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable gas or liquid.
- Replacing the battery with an incorrect type may compromise a fail-safe (e.g., a fire hazard of certain types of lithium batteries).
- If the headphones are not used for a long period, the rechargeable battery will lose its charge. To prevent this loss, recharge the battery at least once every three months.
- For fire hazard prevention, the equipment is supplied by external power supply only, and the output should comply with PS1 requirements (output capacity not exceeding 15W).
Operating and Storage Conditions for Headphones
- Store the product in an environment with temperatures between -20°C and 50°C (relative humidity up to 90%).
- Operate the product in an environment with temperatures between 0°C and 45°C (relative humidity up to 90%).
