Product Description
The Ibex-3510 is a triple-band 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6E Access Point/Client for vehicular and stationary applications that can utilize all three frequency bands simultaneously. It provides reliable, efficient data transmission with the highest speeds, Airtime Fairness, band steering, and client/multi-AP steering. It can be used for passenger hotspots, remote access, data offloading, or as part of a TCMS network.
Thanks to its construction, the Ibex-3510 is ideal for the harsh operating environments in trains, where the switch is exposed to constant vibrations, extreme temperatures, humidity, and a demanding electromagnetic environment.
A GORE-TEX® membrane protects against internal condensation. The high-quality isolation between all interfaces allows direct connection to the vehicle's onboard power supply and protects against overvoltage and voltage spikes/surges. The IP66 protection rating prevents the ingress of water and dust, even at the QMA connectors for quick connection.
An all-around optimized design ensures a compact form factor combined with a very high MTBF for easy integration into tight spaces and low lifecycle costs. Thorough type testing in independent laboratories confirms compliance with a variety of standards, including EN 50155.
The IbexOS operating system of the Ibex-3510 is based on Linux and is equipped with the latest cybersecurity features and updates.
