NYSJÖN Wash-Basin Base Cabinet Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two mounting plates (part 10032274) to the side panels using two screws (part 10048881) for each plate. The plates are oriented with the larger opening facing upwards.

Insert eight dowels (part 123492) into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of the two main panels.

Insert eight dowels (part 101375) into the pre-drilled holes on the other edges of the two main panels.

Step 4
Attach the two side panels to the base panel. Align the dowels from the side panels with the corresponding holes in the base panel. Arrows indicate downward insertion.

Step 5
Secure the side panels to the base using four cam locks (part 102509). Insert the cam locks into the large holes on the base panel and turn them clockwise to lock onto the dowels. A circular arrow indicates the turning motion.

Step 6
Place the top panel onto the assembled side panels. Align the dowels from the side panels with the holes in the top panel. An arrow indicates downward placement.

Step 7
Secure the top panel using four cam locks (part 102509). Insert the cam locks into the large holes on the top panel and turn them clockwise to lock onto the dowels. A circular arrow indicates the turning motion.

Step 8
Attach the back support panel. Insert four dowels (part 101375) into the back edges of the side panels and then place the back support panel onto them. Secure with screws (part 124431) from the outside.

Step 9
Attach the bottom panel with legs. Insert four leg supports (part 10059781) into the holes on the underside of the base panel. Then, screw in the four leg feet (part 10056734) into the leg supports. Arrows indicate screwing action.

Step 10
Slide the back panel into the grooves on the back of the cabinet. An arrow indicates the direction of insertion.

Step 11
Secure the back panel. Insert four cam locks (part 102509) into the large holes on the back of the top and bottom panels and turn them clockwise to lock onto the back panel. A circular arrow indicates the turning motion.

Step 12
Attach the wall mounting brackets. Attach two brackets (part 10068747) to the inside of each side panel using two screws (part 124431) for each bracket. The brackets are oriented to receive the wall attachment hardware.

Step 13
Attach the leg supports. Insert four leg supports (part 10056734) into the holes on the underside of the cabinet. Arrows indicate insertion.

Step 14
Adjust the feet levelers. The feet of the cabinet can be adjusted up or down to ensure stability on uneven floors. Arrows indicate vertical adjustment.

Step 15
Attach hinge plates to the cabinet. Attach two hinge plates (part 153647) to the inside of each door using two screws (part 119976) for each plate. Arrows indicate insertion and screwing.

Step 16
Prepare for wall attachment. Mark the desired location on the wall and install appropriate wall fixings (screws and plugs are not included). Follow the instructions for your specific wall type.

Step 17
Attach hinge plates to the doors. Attach two hinge plates (part 153647) to the inside of each door using two screws (part 119976) for each plate. Arrows indicate insertion and screwing.

Step 18
Attach the doors to the cabinet. Align the hinge plates on the doors with the corresponding mounting plates on the cabinet and click them into place. Arrows indicate sliding and clicking motion.

Step 19
Attach hinges to the doors. Attach two hinges (part 144553) to the inside of each door using four screws (part 124431) for each hinge. Arrows indicate screwing action.

Step 20
Attach the doors to the cabinet. Align the hinges on the doors with the corresponding mounting plates on the cabinet and secure them. Arrows indicate insertion and turning of screws.

Step 21
Attach door handles. Use two screw caps (part 106266) and two screws (part 119976) to attach the handles to the doors. Arrows indicate insertion and screwing.

Step 22
Attach door bumpers. Attach two door bumpers (part 107091) to the inside of the cabinet, near the top, to cushion the doors when they close. Arrows indicate placement.

Hinge Adjustment
The doors can be adjusted for alignment. The diagrams show how to adjust the hinges to move the doors horizontally, vertically, and in/out. Turning specific screws on the hinges controls these adjustments. Arrows indicate the direction of adjustment and screw turning.
