Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Carton A

Unpack Carton A. Identify the following parts: A (Seat Cushion), B (Seat Frame), C (Back), D (Back Cushion). Identify hardware: 1 (Blot M8*40mm x4+1), 3 (Spring Washer x4+1), 4 (Flat Washer x4+1), 5 (Allen Key 5mm x1), 6 (Metal Clip x4), 7 (Felt Mat x4+1).

Step 2: Expand Cushions

Take Seat Cushion (A) and Back Cushion (D). Unpack them from their protective wrapping. Use scissors ✂️ to cut the packaging. Place the cushions on a flat surface and gently pat them. NOTE: Allow 48 hours ⏳ for cushions to fully expand after being unpackaged!

Step 3: Assemble Base Frame

Attach the Back (C) to the Seat Frame (B) using Bolts (1) and Washers (3, 4). Secure with Allen Key (5). Then, attach the base supports to the Seat Frame (B) using Bolts (1) and Washers (3, 4). Ensure all bolts are fully tightened in sequence after initial connection. Attach Felt Mats (7) to the bottom of the assembled base.

Step 4: Prepare Carton B

Unpack Carton B. Identify parts: E (Seat Cushion x2), F (Seat Panel x2), G (Left Side x2), H (Right Side x2), I (Front Panel x2), J (Arc Shape Back x2), K (Back Cushion x4), L (Support Bar x2). Identify hardware: 1 (Blot M8*40mm x8+1), 2 (Blot M8*70mm x4+1), 3 (Spring Washer x12+1), 4 (Flat Washer x12+1), 5 (Allen Key 5# x1), 6 (Metal Clip x4), 7 (Felt Mat x8+1).

Step 5: Expand Cushions (Carton B)

Take Seat Cushions (E). Unpack them from their protective wrapping. Use scissors ✂️ to cut the packaging. Place the cushions on a flat surface and gently pat them. NOTE: Allow 48 hours ⏳ for cushions to fully expand after being unpackaged!

Step 6: Expand Cushions (Carton B)

Take Back Cushions (K). Unpack them from their protective wrapping. Use scissors ✂️ to cut the packaging. Place the cushions on a flat surface and gently pat them. NOTE: Allow 48 hours ⏳ for cushions to fully expand after being unpackaged!

Step 7: Assemble Support Structure

Attach Support Bars (L) to the base of the assembled section using Bolts (2, 3, 4) and Allen Key (5). Ensure the 'UP' indicator on the Support Bar (L) is oriented correctly.

Step 8: Attach Side Panels

Unzip the zipper at the bottom of the component. Attach Side Panel (G) to the base structure using Bolts (2, 3, 4) and Allen Key (5). Repeat for the other side panel (H).

Step 9: Assemble Main Frame

Attach the main frame components (G, H, J) together using Bolts (1, 3, 4) and Allen Key (5). Ensure the zipper on component G is closed after assembly.

Step 10: Connect Front and Side Panels

Loosely attach Front Panel (I) to the Side Panel (H) using Bolt (5) and Allen Key (5). Then, connect the assembled frame (G, J) to the Front Panel (I) and Side Panel (H) using Bolts (1, 5) and Allen Key (5). Tighten all screws to 100%.

Step 11: Attach Back Cushions and Supports

Attach Back Cushions (J) and supports to the main frame. Use Felt Mats (7) and Plastic Washers (P) with Bolts (7, P). Repeat for all attachment points.

Step 12: Prepare Carton C

Unpack Carton C. Identify part M (Armrest x2). Identify hardware: O (Plastic Leg x4), P (Plastic Washer x4+1), 7 (Felt Mat x4+1), 8 (Metal Hook x4), 9 (Blot M6*20mm x16+1), 10 (Allen Key 4# x1), 11 (Connection Plate x4).

Step 13: Attach Legs and Hardware to Armrest

Attach Plastic Legs (O) and Felt Mats (7) to the bottom of the Armrest (M). Attach Metal Hooks (8) and Connection Plates (11) to the Armrest (M) using Bolts (9) and Allen Key (10).

Step 14: Attach Legs and Hardware to Base Unit

Attach Plastic Legs (O) and Felt Mats (7) to the bottom of the base unit (M). Attach Metal Hooks (8) and Connection Plates (11) to the base unit (M) using Bolts (9) and Allen Key (10).

Step 15: Assemble Carton A and Carton C

Connect the assembled base unit from Carton A (B, C) with the Armrest (M) from Carton C. Use Metal Hooks (8) and Connection Plates (11) to secure them together.

Step 16: Secure Armrest to Base

Secure the Armrest (M) to the base unit (B) using Bolts (9) and Allen Key (10). Use Connection Plates (11) for additional support.

Step 17: Prepare Carton D

Unpack Carton D. Identify part M (Arm x1). Identify hardware: O (Plastic Leg x2), P (Plastic Washer x2), 7 (Felt Mat x2), 8 (Metal Hook x2), 9 (Blot M6*20mm x8+1), 10 (Allen Key 4# x1), 11 (Connection Plate x2).

Step 18: Attach Legs and Hardware to Arm Unit

Attach Plastic Legs (O) and Felt Mats (7) to the bottom of the Arm unit (M). Attach Metal Hooks (8) and Connection Plates (11) to the Arm unit (M) using Bolts (9) and Allen Key (10).

Step 19: Attach Legs and Hardware to Base Unit

Attach Plastic Legs (P) and Felt Mats (7) to the bottom of the base unit (M). Attach Metal Hooks (8) and Connection Plates (11) to the base unit (M) using Bolts (9) and Allen Key (10).

Step 20: Assemble Carton A and Carton D

Connect the assembled base unit from Carton A (B, C) with the Arm unit (M) from Carton D. Use Metal Hooks (8) and Connection Plates (11) to secure them together.

Step 21: Secure Arm to Base

Secure the Arm unit (M) to the base unit (B) using Bolts (9) and Allen Key (10). Use Connection Plates (11) for additional support.

Step 22: Assemble Carton B and Carton C

Connect the assembled sections from Carton B (J, I) with the Armrest (M) from Carton C. Use Metal Hooks (8) to secure them together.

Step 23: Connect Frame Components

Connect the frame components using Bolts (9) and Allen Key (10). Use Connection Plates (11) for additional support.

Step 24: Prepare Carton E

Unpack Carton E. Identify parts: N (Seat Cushion x1), Q (Seat Frame x1). Identify hardware: O (Plastic Leg x4), P (Plastic Washer x4+1), 6 (Metal Clip x2), 7 (Felt Mat x4+1).

Take Seat Cushion (N). Unpack it from its protective wrapping. Use scissors ✂️ to cut the packaging. Place the cushion on a flat surface and gently pat it. NOTE: Allow 48 hours ⏳ for cushions to fully expand after being unpackaged!

Step 25: Assemble Seat Frame (Carton E)

Attach Plastic Legs (O) and Felt Mats (7) to the Seat Frame (Q) using Plastic Washers (P). Repeat for all attachment points.

Step 26: Prepare Carton F

Unpack Carton F. Identify parts: R (Seat Cushion x1), S (Seat Frame x1). Identify hardware: O (Plastic Leg x4), P (Plastic Washer x4+1), 7 (Felt Mat x4+1).

Take Seat Cushion (R). Unpack it from its protective wrapping. Use scissors ✂️ to cut the packaging. Place the cushion on a flat surface and gently pat it. NOTE: Allow 48 hours ⏳ for cushions to fully expand after being unpackaged!

Step 27: Assemble Seat Frame (Carton F)

Attach Plastic Legs (O) and Felt Mats (7) to the Seat Frame (S) using Plastic Washers (P). Repeat for all attachment points.

Step 28: Connect Seat Panels

Connect Seat Panel (F) to the assembled section (J). Repeat for the second section (S) to create two seating units.

Step 29: Final Assembly of Sections

Connect the various assembled sections together to form the complete sectional sofa. This involves connecting Seat Cushions (A, E, N, R), Back Cushions (D, K), and other components (C, B, M, Q, S, F, J, I, G, H, L) using the provided hardware and clips (6).

Maintenance and Warnings

• ⚠️ Keep furniture away from heat.
• Do not clean furniture with harsh cleansers or polish. Do not use detergents, solvents, abrasives, spray packs, or leather cleaner. Use non-colored mild soap with warm water for spills (Mix 1:10 soap to water).
• Do not place furniture under direct sunlight, as material may fade over time.
• Do not use on-site dry cleaning machines.
• Children should not climb or jump on the furniture.
• Do not write on furniture without a padded barrier to protect the surface.
• This product is for residential use only, not for commercial use.
• The maximum load capacity is 300 LBS per piece.
