Assembly Instructions
[Caution]: Two people are recommended for assembly.
Step 1: Lift Chest Out of Cabinet
Turn cabinet upside down. Remove all bolts (CC), washers (DD), and nuts (BB) from the base cabinet using the provided 12mm wrench (AA). Save all for caster installation.

Step 2: Remove Base From Chest
Remove all 4 Philips head screws from the bottom and discard.

Step 3: Re-Attach Base and Casters to the Bottom of the Cabinet
Attach bolts (CC), washers (DD), and nuts (BB) using the provided 12mm wrench (AA) as shown.

Step 4: Riser Assembly
Assemble the sides and the back (flange side up) together using the bolts (FF) and nuts (EE) provided.
Note: When assembled, the riser should be the same size, left to right, as the chest.

Step 5: Assemble Riser With Chest and Cabinet
Lock the chest and lay it on its' back. Line up the riser assembly with holes in the chest bottom. Secure with screws (GG) provided.
Position the chest with the attached riser on the cabinet. Secure the riser bottom to the cabinet top with screws (GG) provided.

Step 6: Lubricate Drawer Slides Periodically
Hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) should be tightened periodically.

Maintenance
1. Caster Maintenance
Grease the casters annually using high-quality bearing grease.

2. Drawer Maintenance
Lubricate the slides semi-annually.
Periodically clean the drawer fronts, drawer trim, and other surfaces with a mild detergent and water.
Auto wax preserves the storage unit's luster finish and protects against scratches. Apply the wax as you would on a car.
Remove grease and oil with a standard nonflammable cleaning fluid.
