Assembly
Step 1: Install the Casters
Note: Two people are recommended for assembly. Assemble on a flat surface. A piece of cardboard is recommended to keep the product from being scratched during assembly.
Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded cabinet.
Lay the bottom tray (G) on its back.
Attach two swivel casters with brake (F) to one side of the bottom tray (G) with eight M8x14mm bolts (AA) and M8 washers (BB). Tighten the bolts completely with a 5mm hex key.
Attach two fixed casters (E) to the other side of the bottom tray (G) with eight M8x14mm bolts (AA) and M8 washers (BB). Tighten the bolts completely with a 5mm hex key.
Carefully put the bottom tray (G) to its upright position.
Step down the levers marked "ON" to lock the swivel casters with brakes (F).
Note: Be sure to lock both swivel casters with brake to prevent the cabinet from rolling or swiveling.

Step 2: Install the Posts
Attach four posts (K) to the outside corners of the bottom tray (G) with sixteen M6x10mm bolts (CC) and M6 cap nuts (DD). Finger tighten to desired tightness.
Note: Do not tighten the bolts and cap nuts completely before step 4.

Step 3: Install the Back Panels, Beams, and Side Panels
Step 3.1: Install the Back Panels and Side Panels
Place the left side panel (L) and right side panel (C) between the posts (K). The left side panel (L) can be attached to the same side where the swivel casters (F) will be installed. Ensure the keyhole slots on the side panels (C&L) face forward and the narrow end of keyhole slots face down.
Insert the bottom back panel (D) between the posts (K) and the side panels (C&L) at the rear of the cabinet. Make sure the bottom back panel (D) marked "UP" faces up.
Line up the holes in the side panels (C&L) and bottom back panel (D) with the 13th holes down from the top of the posts (K) and the 3rd holes up from the bottom of the posts (K) at the rear of the cabinet. Use four M6x10mm bolts (CC) and M6 cap nuts (DD). Finger tighten to desired tightness. Do not tighten the bolts completely.
Insert the top back panel (B) between the posts (K) and the side panels (C&L) at the rear of the cabinet.
Line up the holes in the side panels (C&L) and top back panel (B) with the 3rd and 12th holes down from the top of the posts (K) at the rear of the cabinet. Use four M6x10mm bolts (CC) and M6 cap nuts (DD). Finger tighten to desired tightness. Do not tighten the bolts completely.

Step 3.2: Install the Beams
Insert two beams (H) between the posts (K) and the side panels (C&L) at the front of the cabinet. Install the bottom beam (H) by lining up its holes with the 3rd hole up from the bottom of the posts (K). Install the top beam (H) by lining up its holes with the 12th hole down from the top of the posts (K). Make sure the edge of the bottom beam (H) with four holes faces up, and the edge of the top front rail (H) with four holes faces down.
Line up the holes in the side panels (C&L) and beams (H) with the 3rd and 12th holes down from the top of the posts (K) and the 3rd holes up from the bottom of the posts (K). Attach and finger tighten using four M6x10mm bolts (CC) and M6 cap nuts (DD). Do not tighten the bolts completely.

Step 4: Install the Top Tray and Side Handle
Place the top tray (A) on the top of the four posts (K).
Attach the side handle (M) to the tray (A) and posts (K). The side handle (M) can be attached to the same side where the swivel casters (F) will be installed. Secure with sixteen M6x10mm bolts (CC) and M6 cap nuts (DD), and finger tighten to desired tightness.
Tighten all the bolts and cap nuts completely for the cabinet using a 10 mm L shaped angled hex socket wrench.
Note: The side handle (M) can be attached to either side of the cabinet, but must be on the same side where the swivel casters (F) will be installed.
Caution! Ensure tightening all bolts and cap nuts of the cabinet; otherwise, tipping may occur, causing personal or product damage.

Step 5: Attach the Doors
Unscrew the bolt (CC) and cap nut (DD) securing the top beam (H).
Install the bottom hinge pin of the left door (J) onto the bottom beam (H). Then, swing the left door (J) into the top beam (H) while pressing down the latch by finger, and align the latch with the hole in the top beam (H). Release when the latch is in position.
Repeat the above step for the right door (I).
Tighten the bolts (CC) and cap nuts (DD) and secure the top beam (H) completely.
Insert door key (T) into the lock to verify proper operation.

Step 6: Install the Out Drawer Slides
Identify the left and right drawer slides (Q&S) by the opening direction of the cabinet drawers.
Lift the release lever up to separate the outer (Q1) and inner (Q2) left drawer slide (Q). Insert the inner buckle of the outer left drawer slide (Q1) into the square hole on the left side panel (L). Then, insert the outer buckle of the left outer drawer slide (Q1) to the square hole outside on the left side panel (L).
Press the release lever down to separate the outer and inner right drawer slide (S). Repeat the above steps to assemble the outer right drawer slide on the right side panel (C).
Diagram Description (Fig. 7 & 8): Figure 7 illustrates the separation of drawer slides into outer (e.g., Q1) and inner (e.g., Q2) components using a release lever. It shows how the inner buckle attaches to the drawer and the outer buckle attaches to the cabinet. Figure 8 shows the cabinet with the left side panel (L) and right side panel (C) where the outer drawer slides (Q1, S1) are mounted. The inner drawer slides (Q2, S2) are shown separately, to be installed on the drawers.

Step 7: Install the Locking Lever and the Lock
Install the locking lever (N) into three keyhole slots of the left side panel (L). Slide the locking lever (N) to the bottom of the keyhole.
Install the decorative cover with lock (O), and insert the locking shaft into the locking lever (N). Make sure the key is locked correctly.
Align the hole from the inside of the cabinet with the decorative cover (O). Secure the left side panel (L) and decorative cover (O) with six #4x8mm screws (EE) and tighten to desired tightness using a PH2 Phillips screwdriver.

Step 8: Install the Drawers
Step 8.1: Assemble the Drawers and Inner Drawer Slides
Fold up the four sides of the drawer plate (R) along the dotted line. It is recommended to operate on a right-angled edge of a workbench to create a flat lip by using a rubber hammer.
Fix the back of the drawer with two M4x6mm bolts (FF) and M4 nuts (GG) for each drawer, using a PH2 Phillips screwdriver and 7mm wrench.
Insert the lip of the drawer into the gap of the drawer front panel (P), align the holes in the drawer with the drawer front panel (P), and secure with two #4x8mm screws (EE). Tighten to desired tightness by a PH2 Phillips screwdriver.
Insert the inner buckle of the inner drawer slide into the square hole of the drawer. Then, insert the outer buckle of the inner drawer slide to the square hole outside on the drawer, aligning the hole with the outer buckle.
Repeat the above steps to assemble the other two drawers.

Step 8.2: Install the Drawers
Pull the outer drawer slides out until fully extended.
Hold the outer drawer slide on the cabinet while aligning them with the inner drawer slides on the drawer.
Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side.
Slowly push the drawer until it is fully closed to engage the slide.
Open and close the drawer to verify proper operation.
Repeat the above process to install the second and third drawers.

Step 9: Install the Drawer Mat, Tray Mat and Cabinet Mat
Place three drawer mats (V), tray mat (W), and cabinet mat (W) on the cabinet at your desired position.

Using the Caster Brake
To lock the swivel caster with brake, step down the lever marked "ON".
To unlock the swivel caster with brake, step down the lever marked "OFF".
Note: Be sure to lock both swivel casters with brake to prevent the cabinet from rolling or swiveling.

Removing the Drawer
- Fully extend and empty the drawer.
- Push up one release lever while pulling down on the other release lever.
- Pull the drawer outward until it is released from the drawer slide.

Maintenance
1. Maintaining the Casters
Grease the casters annually using high-quality bearing grease.
2. Maintaining the Drawers
- Periodically clean the drawer trim and the inside of the drawers with a mild detergent and water.
- Remove grease and oil with a standard, nonflammable cleaning fluid.
- The use of drawer liners is recommended to protect the finish inside the drawers and make them easier to clean.
- Lubricate the slides semi-annually with grease or equivalent.
