Diagram Description
The diagram illustrates the assembly of the Tow-Trust TCH4 towbar for the Chrysler Grand Voyager. It shows the main components: the central Crossmember (Item A), two Handed Side Arms (Item B) designed to attach to the vehicle's chassis, and an Extension Bar (Item C) which connects the crossmember to the tow ball mounting plate. Various fasteners are depicted, including bolts, nuts, and washers (Items D, E, F, G, H, J, K), used to secure these parts together. A specific modification to the vehicle's rear bumper is indicated: a central section of the lower edge needs to be cut out. This cut-out is dimensioned as 65mm wide and 35mm deep. The diagram visually represents how the towbar components (A, B, C) and fasteners (E, H, J, F, G, K, D) are positioned and connected during installation.
