Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Cabinet

Ensure you have the necessary tools: a Phillips head screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver. Place the cabinet on a soft surface like a rug to prevent scratches. Do not place the cabinet on its side as shown in the diagram with a cross mark.

Step 2: Attach Base Plate

Identify the correct orientation for the base plate. Attach it to the cabinet base using 4 screws (10131093) as indicated in the diagram. Ensure the plate is flush with the cabinet edges.

Step 3: Secure Rotating Mechanism

Position the rotating mechanism onto the base plate. Secure it using 4 screws (10154801). The diagram shows a close-up of the screw insertion and a hand indicating the correct placement of the mechanism.

Step 4: Attach Shelf Supports

Insert 2x shelf supports (10130000) into the designated holes on the rotating mechanism. The diagram shows the supports being pushed into place.

Step 5: Assemble the Shelf

Place the shelf onto a flat surface. Attach 5x screws (10154801) to the underside of the shelf in the pre-drilled holes. The diagram shows two shelf components.

Step 6: Install the Shelf into the Cabinet

Carefully insert the assembled shelf into the cabinet. Align the rotating mechanism with the base plate inside the cabinet. The diagram shows the shelf being lowered into the cabinet and arrows indicating rotation.

Step 7: Secure the Shelf

Use 2x screws (10046940) to secure the rotating mechanism to the cabinet side. The diagram shows the screw being inserted and a warning symbol indicating not to overtighten.

Step 8: Attach the Support Arm

Attach the support arm (100001) to the rotating mechanism using 1x bolt (10131093) and 1x nut (10130114). The diagram shows the assembly of the arm and the mechanism, with a close-up of the connection points.

Step 9: Mount the Rail

Attach the mounting rail to the cabinet side using 2x screws. The diagram shows the rail being positioned and secured with screws.

Step 10: Attach the Rail to the Shelf

Use 1x screw (10046940) to attach the rail to the shelf. The diagram shows the screw being inserted into the rail and shelf.

Step 11: Install Drawer Slides

Attach the drawer slides to the cabinet sides using screws. The diagram shows two methods of attaching the slides, one with screws and one with a click mechanism.

Step 12: Secure Drawer Slides

Secure the drawer slides to the cabinet using screws. The diagram shows the correct and incorrect ways to insert the screws.

Step 13: Attach Shelf Supports to Rail

Attach the shelf supports to the rail using screws. The diagram shows the process of screwing the supports into place.

Step 14: Final Shelf Attachment

Attach the shelf to the rail. The diagram shows the final attachment of the shelf, with a warning symbol indicating the correct screw insertion.

Step 15: Insert Shelf

Insert the assembled shelf into the cabinet. The diagram shows the shelf being placed into the cabinet.

Step 16: Final Rotation Mechanism Installation

Install the final rotating mechanism components. The diagram shows the mechanism being inserted and secured with screws.

Step 17: Attach Shelf Supports to Cabinet

Attach 14x shelf supports (10130000) to the cabinet sides using the provided screws. The diagram shows the supports being attached to the inner walls of the cabinet.

Step 18: Secure Shelf with End Caps

Secure the shelf with 1x end cap (10130021). The diagram shows the end cap being clicked into place.

Step 19: Weight Capacity

The maximum weight capacity for each shelf is 20 kg (44 lb).

Step 20: Final Check

Ensure all parts are securely fastened and the shelf rotates smoothly.
