IKEA UTRUSTA Corner Cabinet Carousel Assembly Instructions

This document provides instructions for assembling the IKEA UTRUSTA corner cabinet carousel.

Assembly Steps

  1. Step 1: Prepare the cabinet. Ensure you have the necessary tools, including screwdrivers.
  2. Step 2: Attach the base plate. Align the base plate with the pre-drilled holes in the cabinet and secure it using 4 screws (10154801).
  3. Step 3: Attach the rotating mechanism. Place the rotating mechanism onto the base plate and secure it with 4 screws (10154801).
  4. Step 4: Attach the support arms. Insert and tighten 2 screws (10154801) into the designated holes on the rotating mechanism.
  5. Step 5: Secure the carousel shelves. Attach the carousel shelves to the rotating mechanism using 5 screws (10154801) for each shelf.
  6. Step 6: Install the carousel. Carefully lower the assembled carousel into the cabinet, aligning it with the rotating mechanism.
  7. Step 7: Secure the carousel. Use 2 screws (10046940) to attach the carousel to the cabinet.
  8. Step 8: Attach the mounting bracket. Use the wrench (100001) to attach the mounting bracket to the rotating mechanism using 4 hex bolts (10131093) and 4 nuts (10130114).
  9. Step 9: Install the side rails. Attach the side rails to the cabinet using screws (10046940).
  10. Step 10: Attach the drawer slides. Insert and secure the drawer slides using screws (10046940).
  11. Step 11: Attach the inner carousel supports. Secure the inner carousel supports using screws (10154801).
  12. Step 12: Attach the outer carousel supports. Secure the outer carousel supports using screws (10154801).
  13. Step 13: Attach the carousel arms. Secure the carousel arms to the rotating mechanism using screws (10154801).
  14. Step 14: Attach the carousel baskets. Secure the carousel baskets to the arms using the provided caps (10130021).
  15. Step 15: Insert the carousel. Place the carousel into the cabinet.
  16. Step 16: Final check. Ensure all parts are securely fastened.
  17. Step 17: Install the carousel shelves. Attach the carousel shelves using 14 brackets (10130000) and 2x the carousel shelf component.
  18. Step 18: Secure the carousel shelves. Use the provided caps (10130021) to secure the carousel shelves.

Weight Limit

Each shelf has a maximum weight capacity of 20 kg (44 lb).
