Assembly Steps

1. Step 1

   Attach the carousel base plate. Insert the carousel base plate into the cabinet and secure it.

2. Step 2

   Prepare the cabinet. Ensure the cabinet is stable and on a flat surface. Use a screwdriver [Phillips head] and a screwdriver [flat head] as needed.

3. Step 3

   Secure the carousel base. Use 4 screws (10154801) to attach the base plate to the cabinet floor.

4. Step 4

   Attach the carousel mechanism. Insert the central rotating mechanism and secure it with screws.

5. Step 5

   Attach the carousel shelves. Use 5 screws (10154801) to attach the first carousel shelf. Repeat for the second shelf.

6. Step 6

   Insert the carousel. Carefully lower the assembled carousel into the cabinet, aligning it with the base.

7. Step 7

   Attach the drawer slides. Use 2 screws (10046940) to attach the drawer slides to the sides of the cabinet.

8. Step 8

   Mount the carousel support. Use bolts (10131093) and nuts (10130114) to attach the support bracket to the cabinet.

   Attach the remaining drawer slides. Use 2x brackets (10130000) and screws to attach the remaining drawer slides.

10. Step 10

    Install the carousel runners. Use screws (10046940) to attach the carousel runners to the cabinet.

11. Step 11

    Attach the carousel shelves to the runners. Use screws (10154801) to secure the shelves.

12. Step 12

    Final attachment. Ensure all parts are securely fastened. Use screws as indicated.

    Attach the carousel shelves. Use screws (10154801) to secure the shelves to the rotating mechanism.

    Final check. Ensure all screws are tightened and the carousel moves smoothly.

    Insert the carousel. Place the assembled carousel into the cabinet.

    Secure the carousel. Attach the carousel to the cabinet base using the provided mechanism.

17. Step 17

    Attach the shelf supports. Use 14x brackets (10130000) to attach the shelf supports to the carousel arms.

Weight Capacity

Each shelf has a maximum weight capacity of 20 kg (44 lb).
