Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach Part 4 (Left Side Panel) to Part 6 (Back Panel) using 6x Screw A ? and 2x Dowel H ?. Attach Part 22 (Drawer Back Panel) to Part 4.

Step 2

Attach drawer slide rails (L-CL, L-CR, L-DL, L-DR) to side panels 4, 5, and 6 using 18x Screw G ? and 3x Screw T ?. Note the 180° rotation ? for some slide rail orientations.

Step 3

Insert Support Bar 8 and Support Bar 9 into the slots on Panels 5 and 6.

Step 4

Attach drawer slide rails to Side Panel 4 and Side Panel 6 using 6x Cam Lock B ⚙️ and 2x Screw C ?.

Step 5

Assemble drawer sides (15, 16, 17) to Drawer Back Panel (15, 16, 17).

Step 6

Attach Bottom Panel 3 to the assembled side and back panels using 6x Screw C ? and 6x Screw K ?.

Step 7

Attach casters (46 x2, 47 x3, 48 x4) or feet (49 x2, 50 x2, 51 x1) to the Bottom Panel 3 using 20x Screw F ? and 5x Cap W. Two options for caster attachment are shown.

Step 8

Attach Drawer Slide Rails (20 x2, 21 x1) to Side Panel 4 and Side Panel 5 using 4x Dowel H ? and 4x Screw I ?. The diagram indicates the correct insertion orientation for the dowels.

Step 9

Attach Drop Leaf Supports (18 and 19) to their respective panels using 4x Hinge E ?️ and 12x Screw F ?.

Step 10

Attach the assembled Drop Leaf Supports (18 and 19) to the main structure using 12x Screw F ?, 4x Screw S ?, and 4x Screw T ?.

Step 11

Insert Drawer Front Panels (13 and 14) into the main structure, aligning with the drawer slide rails.

Step 12

Attach Top Panel 1 and Drop Leaf Panel 2 using 6x Screw A ?, 18x Screw F ?, and 3x Hinge E ?️.

Step 13

Attach Side Panels 4, 5, and 6 to the main structure using 6x Cam Lock B ⚙️ and 6x Screw C ?.

Step 14

Attach Support Brackets M to Panel 28 and Panel 33 using 8x Screw A ? and 4x Screw N ?.

Step 15

Assemble drawer boxes using Drawer Front Panels (29, 34), Drawer Side Panels (30, 31), and Drawer Back Panels (30, 31) with 8x Screw K ?.

Step 16

Slide Drawer Bottom Panels (32 and 40) into the grooves of the assembled drawer boxes.

Step 17

Attach Drawer Front Panels (28 and 33) to the assembled drawer boxes using 8x Cam Lock B ⚙️ and 4x Screw C ?.

Step 18

Attach drawer slide rails (L-DL, L-DR) to the sides of the drawer boxes (31) using 8x Screw G ? and 2x Drawer Slide Rail L.

Step 19

Assemble drawer boxes using Drawer Front Panel (36), Drawer Side Panels (37, 38, 39), and Drawer Back Panel (35) with 4x Screw A ?, 4x Cam Lock B ⚙️, and 4x Screw K ?.

Step 20

Slide Drawer Bottom Panel (40) into the groove of drawer box 38. Insert 5x Divider 41. Attach drawer slide rails (L-DL, L-DR) to Drawer Side Panel 38 using 4x Screw G ? and 1x Drawer Slide Rail L. Note the 180° rotation ?.

Step 21

Insert the assembled drawers (28, 33, 36) into the main unit, aligning the slide rails.

Step 22

Attach 4x Foot U ? to the bottom of the main unit.

Step 23

Attach hardware (1x Panel Connector J, 5x Screw G ?, 1x Support Bracket M, 2x Screw N ?, 2x Hinge O ?️) to Door Panel 11.

Step 24

Attach the assembled Door Panel 11 to the main unit using 4x Screw G ?.

Step 25

Attach hardware (6x Screw A ?, 6x Cam Lock B ⚙️, 8x Screw C ?, 7x Screw F ?, 4x Screw G ?, 4x Screw K ?, 1x Support Bracket M, 2x Screw N ?, 2x Hinge O ?️) to Door Panels (12, 42, 43, 44, 45).

Step 26

Attach the assembled door structure (from Step 25) to the main unit using 4x Screw G ?.

Step 27

Attach 2x Handle P to the doors using 2x Screw P.

Step 28

Attach hardware (8x Screw A ?) to Drawer Side Panels (23 and 24).

Step 29

Assemble drawer boxes using Drawer Side Panels (23, 24), Drawer Back Panels (27 x3), and Drawer Front Panels (25 x2) using 8x Cam Lock B ⚙️.

Step 30

Attach Drawer Side Panels to Shelf 7 using 4x Screw C ? and 6x Screw K ?.

Step 31

Attach Drawer Bottom Panel 26 to the assembled drawer box using 3x Screw C ? and 6x Screw K ?.

Step 32

Attach 4x Caster Wheel 48 to the bottom of Drawer Box 26 using 2x Panel Connector Q and 4x Screw F ?.

Step 33

Attach the assembled drawer unit (Shelf 7 with casters) to the main unit (Panel 6) using 2x Connector R ⚙️ and 4x Screw G ?.
