1. Return Policy

DO NOT RETURN TO THE STORE! Skip the process of returning your product and contact us directly for a replacement. If you find that parts of your order are missing or damaged, we will gladly ship any needed replacement parts free of charge. If you have found any sort of defect, please contact our customer service department and let us know the details of your order and any issues encountered; we will try our best to provide you with a solution.

Recommendations Before Beginning Assembly

• Read instructions, cover to cover.
• Have 2-4 adults on hand for assembly depending on product size.
• Do not assemble directly on flooring or carpet.
• Assemble on a clean non-marring surface (example: packing foam).
• Save all packaging until finished.

3. Assembly Notice

• If you encounter any problems during assembly and find that you cannot continue, rest assured we will help you solve the situation as soon as possible. Simply keep all of the parts of the product stored in a safe place and contact us immediately so we may assist you further.
• Once you have opened your package, remove all inner hardware packages and take the parts out. One by one, place the parts out neatly in front of you, then refer to the instructions to ensure no parts are missing. If any pieces are found missing, please carefully look in the box first, as the hardware packaging might have torn making the hardware spill in the box.
• Some key parts of your product may be stored and hidden inside of other parts. Please open any zippered or hook & loop storage compartments to remove all parts (example: cushions and legs being stored in the underside of a sofa).
• IMPORTANT: When setting up your product, DO NOT INSTALL THE SCREWS ALL THE WAY IN THE BEGINNING. Place each screw into their proper hole and use your hand to twist the screw halfway. Twist all the screws in halfway to ensure the holes will match up properly and the product is level on the ground. When everything seems fitted, then tighten the screws.
• When you have completed assembly, we suggest you have more than one person to assist you with lifting and placing the product.

Care & Maintenance

• Do not put hot items directly on furniture surface.
• Do not clean furniture with harsh cleansers or polish.
• Do not place furniture under direct sunlight.
• Do not place furniture near heating or cooling vents.
• Do not write on furniture without a padded barrier to protect the surface.
• Do not place furniture outside. For indoor use only.
• Not for commercial use. For residential use only.
• Stains may be removed with mild soap solution and damp cloth.
• Children should not climb or jump on the furniture.
• Dust and pick-up spills using a clean, non-colored, lint-free cloth.

Caution

• This product contains small components. Please ensure that they are kept away from small children.
• Do not use power tools to assemble your furniture. Power tools may strip or damage the parts.

STEP 1

Attach parts 13 and 14 to part 15 using screws A. Turn over the board. Attach parts 15 and 16 to part 14 using screws A. Turn over the board.

STEP 2

Attach drawer slides CL and CR to parts 13 and 14 using screws D. Attach drawer slides DL and DR to parts 15 and 16 using screws D. Turn over the board. Attach drawer slides CL and CR to parts 13 and 14 using screws D. Attach drawer slides DL and DR to parts 15 and 16 using screws D.

STEP 3

Attach parts 19, 20, and 21 to parts 13 and 16 using screws B and C.

STEP 4

Attach parts 15 and 14 to the assembled unit using screws B and C.

STEP 5

Attach parts 24 and 25 to parts 13 and 14.

STEP 6

Attach part 18 to parts 15 and 16 using screws B and C. Attach part 17 to parts 13 and 14.

STEP 7

Attach screws A to parts 3, 4, 5, 6, and 2. Attach part 2 to part 5 using screws R. Attach part 2 to part 6 using screws R.

STEP 8

Attach parts 5 and 6 to part 7 using screws C and F.

STEP 9

Attach parts 2 and 5 to part 7 using screws B and C. Attach part 6 to part 7 using screws F.

STEP 10

Attach parts 8 to the assembly using screws B and C.

STEP 11

Attach part 1 to the assembly using screw C. Attach parts 8 to the assembly using screws Q.

STEP 12

Attach parts 3 and 4 to the assembly using screws B and C.

STEP 13

Attach parts 11 to the assembly.

STEP 14

Attach part 12 to the assembly using screws A, I, and Y.

STEP 15

Attach part 12 to the assembly using screws C and F.

STEP 16

Assemble the main structure by attaching the top hutch (parts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12) to the desk base (parts 13, 14, 15, 16) using screws B and C.

STEP 17

Attach part G to the assembly using screws H. Attach part G to part 25 using screw H.

STEP 18

Attach parts 11 to the assembly using screws B, N, Q, and T. Attach part 24 to the assembly using screws Q and T.

STEP 19

Attach parts F, Y, and Z to the drawer fronts.

STEP 20

Attach shelves 40 and base panels 41 to the upper hutch using screw U.

STEP 21

Attach hardware to parts 10, 9, 23, and 22 using screws D, I, P, and S.

STEP 22

Attach screws A to parts 26 (x4), 31, 37, 32, and 38. Attach screws D and X to part 38.

STEP 23

Assemble drawer components using screws B, C, and J.

STEP 24

Assemble drawer components using screws B and C.

STEP 25

Assemble drawer components using screws B, C, K, L, and M.

STEP 26

Attach drawer slides D, DL, and DR to the drawer assembly.

STEP 27

Attach doors 9, 10, 22, and 23 to the cabinet using hardware I, K, and L.

STEP 28

Install drawer slides CL and DL into the drawers.

STEP 29

Assemble drawer components using screws B and C.

STEP 30

Assemble drawer components using screws B and C.

STEP 31

Attach parts 36 to the assembly using screws C, V, and W.

STEP 32

Attach parts 37 and 36 to the assembly using screw O.

STEP 33

Attach part 35 to the assembly using screws D and X.

STEP 34

Adjust door hinges for proper alignment. Loosen the screw at the back of the hinge to move the hinge in or out until the desired gap is achieved, then re-tighten the back screw. If the gap is too tight between two doors, loosen the screw at the front of the hinge to make the adjustment and then re-tighten the screw. Adjust hinge up or down until the desired level or when both doors are leveled, and then re-tighten the screws. Use remaining screws (I) to fasten the Wing Panel.
