Assembly Steps

Step 1: Initial Panel Assembly

Diagram shows the initial connection of base and side panels. Components 1, 2, 5, and 6 are shown being joined using hardware A (Minifix bolts), B (Housing), C (Dowels), I (Hinges), J (Hinges), and N (Truss Head screws). Multiple connection points are indicated.

Step 2: Attaching Supports and Panels

This step involves attaching various support panels and side panels. Components like 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 20, and 31 are shown being connected using hardware A, B, C, N, P, Q, and R. The diagram illustrates the arrangement of these parts to form the main structure.

Step 3: Connecting Base and Side Panels

Diagram shows connecting panels 8 and 5 to panel 1 using hardware D (CSK Screws) and F1 (likely a type of fastener). Panel 2 is also shown being attached to panel 1 with hardware N.

Step 4: Assembling Back Panels

This step shows the attachment of back panels. Components 3, 34, 2, 1, 33, 5, and 6 are depicted. Hardware B is used for connections.

Step 6: Adding Shelving and Supports

Step 7: Assembling Base Frame

Step 7.1 shows the assembly of components 7, 32, and 11 using hardware B. Step 7.2 shows the integration of this base frame with component 4, using hardware B.

Step 8: Integrating Base Frame into Main Structure

The assembled base frame (components 4, 32) is integrated into the main wardrobe structure, along with panels 20, 9, 12, 31, and 14. Hardware D and E are used for these connections.

Step 9: Connecting Side Panels

Step 10: Attaching Side Panels to Base

Step 11: Installing Top Panel

Step 12: Attaching Doors and Hardware

Step 13: Preparing Drawer Components

Step 16: Attaching Drawer Runners and Door Hinges

This step shows attaching drawer runners (G) to panels 27, 28, and 30 using hardware D. It also shows attaching door hinges (H) to panels 29 and 30 using hardware D. This is repeated for multiple components.

Step 17: Final Door Adjustment

Diagram shows the final attachment of doors and includes an 'Adjust' indicator for fine-tuning the door alignment using hardware D, K, and L.

Step 18: Attaching Handles and Back View

Diagram shows attaching handles (S) to the doors. A 'Back view' is also provided. Hardware O is used for handles.

Step 19: Final Assembly Check

Diagram shows the final assembled wardrobe and indicates the use of hardware T (Ameriwood anti-tipping kit).

Furniture Anti-Tipping Installation

This anti-tipping feature must be attached to a wall stud using the enclosed screw.

  1. After assembling the unit, place it against the wall where it will be permanently positioned.
  2. Place the bracket on top of the wardrobe as shown in the diagram.
  3. Use a pencil to mark through the screw hole in the bracket, where the bracket has to be attached to the wall.
  4. Move the cabinet away from the wall and secure the bracket to the wall at the marked position using a wall plug that is suited to your wall surface.
  5. With the wall brackets in position, move the cabinet back to the wall.
  6. Then, using the screw supplied, secure the horizontal arm of the brackets to the top of the wardrobe.
