Product Description
Husqvarna 320iB Mark II, 525iB, 530iBX are blower models with an electrical motor. Husqvarna maintains a policy of continuous product development and reserves the right to modify product design and appearance without prior notice.

Safety Instructions for Operation

- Use the lowest possible airflow; full airflow is seldom necessary. Lower airflow reduces noise and dust and improves control.
- Use a rake or brush to clear stuck debris.
- Hold the blower opening close to the ground.
- Observe surroundings and direct the product away from people, animals, play areas, cars.
- Minimize blowing time by lightly wetting dusty areas.
- Work with the wind direction.
- Stop and remove the battery if the product vibrates abnormally.
- Moving large piles is time-consuming and noisy. Clean up afterwards.
- Do not run with the product.
- Air currents can cause objects to bounce back, causing serious eye injuries.
- Do not direct airflow towards people or animals.
- Stop the motor before assembling/dismantling parts.
- Keep body parts away from hot surfaces.
- Never put the product down when activated unless in clear sight.
- Do not use while on a ladder or scaffolding.
- Ensure you can call for help in case of an accident.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Always use approved PPE. It decreases injury severity but cannot fully prevent injury. Consult your dealer for selection.

Operation
To do a check of the keypad
- Press and hold the start/stop button (B).
- Check LED (A): Lit means ON, Out means OFF.
- Refer to Troubleshooting for warning indicator (C).
To do a check of the power trigger
- Push and release the power trigger to ensure it moves freely.
Battery Safety
- Only use recommended Husqvarna BLi batteries.
- Use batteries only for related Husqvarna products.
- Avoid short-circuiting battery terminals with metal objects.

Battery Charger Safety
- Risk of electrical shock or short circuit if instructions are not followed.
- Use an approved, grounded, undamaged mains socket.
- Use only supplied Husqvarna QC chargers for BLi batteries.
- Do not disassemble the battery charger.
- Do not use a defective or damaged battery charger.
- Do not lift the charger by the power cord. Pull the plug, not the cord, to disconnect.
- Keep cables away from water, oil, and sharp edges.
- Do not use the charger near flammable or corrosive materials. Ensure it is not covered. Unplug if smoke or fire occurs.
- Charge indoors in a well-ventilated area, away from sunlight. Do not charge outdoors or in wet conditions.
- Use charger between 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F) in a dry, dust-free environment with good airflow.
- Do not insert objects into charger cooling slots.
- Do not connect charger terminals to metal objects.
- Use approved, undamaged mains sockets. Ensure charger cord and extension cables are undamaged.

Assembly
To assemble the tube on the product
- Place the blower nozzle over the tubular end of the product.
- Push the blower nozzle in fully and turn to lock it.
To adjust the harness
- Put hip pad straps through the harness fastenings for the backpack battery.
- Adjust the harness for optimal work position.

- Use tape on open contacts when packaging batteries. Secure batteries tightly to prevent movement.
- Remove battery for storage or transportation.
- Store battery and charger in a dry space, free from moisture and frost.
- Do not store battery where static electricity can occur or in a metal box.
- Store battery between 5°C (41°F) and 25°C (77°F), away from direct sunlight.
- Store battery charger between 5°C (41°F) and 45°C (113°F), away from direct sunlight.
- Charge battery to 30-50% before long-term storage.
- Store battery charger in a closed, dry space.
- Keep battery and charger separate during storage. Keep equipment locked and out of reach of children and unauthorized persons.
- Clean and service the product fully before long-term storage.
- Use the transportation guard to prevent injuries or damage during transport/storage.
