General Safety Instructions

- Maintain a minimum distance of 15 m (50 ft) from other persons or animals. Ensure people in the vicinity are aware you are operating the product.
- Comply with national and local laws that may restrict product operation.
- Do not use the product if fatigued or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medicine, as these can impair judgment, alertness, and coordination.
Vibration Safety
This product is for occasional use. Prolonged or regular use can cause "white finger" or similar vibration-related health problems. If you experience discoloration, pain, tingling, or numbness in your hands or fingers, stop use and consult a physician.
Safety Instructions for Operation of the Blower
- Use the product only for blowing or removing leaves and debris from the ground.
- Do not operate when tired, ill, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medicine.
- Keep bystanders and animals at least 15 m (50 ft) away.
- The product can eject objects at high speed, potentially causing eye injury.
- Do not point the blower nozzle at people or animals.
- Ensure long hair is tied up above your shoulders.
- Stop the engine before assembling or disassembling components.
- Do not operate without the guard.
- Do not operate if people are in the work area. Stop the product if someone enters the work area.
- Do not operate in areas with insufficient airflow, which can lead to injury or death from asphyxiation or carbon monoxide.
- The muffler becomes very hot during and after operation. Be cautious near flammable materials and fumes.
- Do not touch the inlet cover area. Keep jewelry and loose clothing away from the inlet.
- Maintain proper footing and operate only on safe, level surfaces. Avoid slippery or unstable surfaces like ladders.
- Do not operate from high places, such as roofs.
- Secure the product during transport.
- Operate only during recommended hours (e.g., 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday, as per local regulations).
- Operate at the lowest throttle setting necessary for the task.
- Ensure you maintain balance and do not tilt the product.
- Check that the product is in good condition, especially the muffler, air intake, and air filter, before operation.
- Use a rake or broom to loosen ground debris before blowing.
- If the work area is dirty, spray it with a hose.
- Use the product as a water-saving alternative to a hose.
- Blow debris safely, being mindful of children, animals, open windows, or vehicles.
- Do not point the product at easily damaged plants.
- Do not blow air directly at walls, large rocks, vehicles, or fences.
- When working in corners, blow from the corner inward. Otherwise, debris may hit your face and cause eye injury.
- Use the full nozzle extension to keep the air stream close to the ground.
- Ensure bystanders wear eye protection.
- Dispose of debris in waste receptacles after use.
Safety Instructions for Operation of the Vacuum
- Prevent damage to the fan. Do not vacuum large, solid objects like wood, cans, rubber mulch, or long strings.
- Do not let the vacuum tube hit the ground.
- Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug cap before removing blockages.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Always use appropriate PPE. PPE does not eliminate injury risk but reduces injury severity.
- Always use approved eye protection. ?
- Do not operate barefoot or in open shoes. Use heavy-duty, slip-resistant boots.
- Wear heavy, long pants.
- Use approved protective gloves if necessary. ?
- Wear a helmet if there's a risk of falling objects. ⛑️
- Always use approved ear protection. Prolonged noise exposure can cause hearing loss. ?
- Always use an approved dust mask in dusty environments. ?
- Keep a first aid kit nearby.
Protective Devices on the Product
- Perform regular maintenance to prolong product life and reduce accident risk.
- Have an authorized dealer or service center inspect the product regularly for adjustments or repairs.
- Do not use the product if protective equipment is damaged. Contact an authorized service center.
Stop Switch
Start the engine. Ensure the engine stops when the stop switch is moved to the stop position (Fig. 16).
Muffler
⚠️ WARNING: Do not touch the muffler if it is hot. The muffler is very hot during and after engine operation. Touching it can cause burns.
- Do not use an engine with a damaged muffler, as it increases noise and fire risk. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby.
- Regularly check that the muffler is securely attached.
- Do not touch the engine or muffler while the engine is running or immediately after it stops, as hot surfaces can cause burns.
- A hot muffler can cause a fire. Be cautious when operating near flammable liquids or fumes.
- Do not touch muffler parts if the muffler is damaged, as they may contain carcinogenic chemicals.
- Some models have a spark-arresting screen. Clean and replace it as specified in the Maintenance section (Fig. 17).
Fuel Safety
- Do not start the product if fuel or oil is present on it. Clean and dry the product.
- If fuel spills on clothing, change immediately.
- Avoid getting fuel on your body; use soap and water to wash it off.
- Do not start the engine if oil or fuel is spilled on the product or your body.
- Do not start if the engine has a leak. Check regularly for leaks.
- Handle fuel with care; it is flammable, and fumes are explosive and can cause injury or death.
- Do not inhale fuel fumes; ensure adequate airflow.
- Do not smoke near fuel or the engine.
- Keep warm objects away from fuel and the engine.
- Do not add fuel while the engine is running.
- Ensure the engine is cool before refueling.
- Open the fuel tank cap slowly to release pressure before refueling.
- Do not refuel indoors; ensure adequate airflow to prevent asphyxiation or carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Tighten the fuel tank cap carefully to prevent fires.
- Move the product at least 3 m (10 ft) from the refueling point before starting.
- Do not overfill the fuel tank.
- Ensure no leaks occur when moving the product or fuel container.
- Do not store the product or fuel container near open flames, sparks, or pilot lights. Ensure the storage area is free of open flames.
- Use only approved containers for fuel.
- Empty the fuel tank before long-term storage. Dispose of fuel according to local laws.
- Clean the product before long-term storage.
- Remove the spark plug cable before storage to prevent accidental starting.
Safety Instructions for Maintenance
⚠️ WARNING: Incorrect maintenance can lead to serious engine damage or injury.
The owner is responsible for all necessary maintenance as specified in the manual. Disconnect the spark plug before maintenance, but not before carburetor adjustments.
Assembly
⚠️ WARNING: Read the safety chapter before assembling the product.
To Install the Blower Tube and Nozzle on the Product
Note: The bolt must be loose enough to insert the blower tube into the blower outlet. Turn the bolt counterclockwise with a screwdriver to loosen it.
- Align the rib on the upper blower tube with the groove in the blower outlet. Position the tube.
- Turn the bolt clockwise with a screwdriver to attach the tube.
Note: Do not use any tool on the nut.
- Align the slots on the lower blower tube with the tabs on the upper blower tube. Slide the lower blower tube onto the upper blower tube.
- Turn the lower blower tube clockwise until it clicks.
To Install the Collection Bag with Different Vacuum Tubes
⚠️ WARNING: Turn off the engine before attaching tubes to the product.
To Assemble the Collection Bag
- Open the collection bag.
- Insert the collection bag tube from inside the bag to fit the vacuum inlet opening.
- Ensure the elastic fits into the groove (A).
- Close the bag zipper. (Fig. 18)
To Install the Collection Bag Tube
- Remove the blower tube if attached.
- Align the rib on the collection bag tube (A) with the groove in the blower outlet (B).
- Push the collection bag tube fully onto the blower outlet.
- Insert the nut (C) into its opening.
- Install screw (D) and tighten with a screwdriver to attach the tube. (Fig. 19)
To Attach the Vacuum Tubes Together
- Align the arrow on the lower vacuum tube (A) with the arrow on the upper vacuum tube (B). (Fig. 20)
- Ensure the slot on the lower vacuum tube aligns with the slot on the upper vacuum tube.
- Push the lower vacuum tube into the upper vacuum tube.
- Use a screwdriver to install the self-tapping screw (C) that secures the tubes. (Fig. 21)
To Install the Vacuum Tubes
- Insert the tip of a screwdriver into the latch area of the vacuum inlet.
- Turn the screwdriver to release the latch. (Fig. 22)
- Hold the vacuum inlet cover open while positioning the upper vacuum tube.
- Align the ribs inside the vacuum inlet with the slots on the upper vacuum tube. Ensure the lock symbol on the tube aligns with the unlock symbol on the vacuum inlet. (Fig. 23)
- Push the upper vacuum tube fully onto the vacuum inlet.
- Turn the upper vacuum tube clockwise until the lock symbol aligns with the lock symbol on the vacuum inlet. The tube will click when correctly attached. (Fig. 24)

Fuel
To Use Fuel
? CAUTION: This product has a two-cycle engine. Use a mixture of gasoline and two-cycle engine oil. Ensure the correct oil-to-gasoline ratio. An incorrect ratio can damage the engine.
Gasoline
- ? CAUTION: Do not use gasoline with an octane rating below 90 RON (87 AKI), as this can damage the product.
- ? CAUTION: Do not use gasoline with more than 10% ethanol (E10), as this can damage the product.
- ? CAUTION: Do not use leaded gasoline, as this can damage the product.
- Always use fresh, unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 90 RON (87 AKI) and less than 10% ethanol (E10).
- Use higher octane gasoline if you frequently operate the product at high engine speeds.
- Always use a good quality unleaded gasoline/oil mixture.
Two-Cycle Engine Oil
- Use only high-quality, air-cooled, two-cycle engine oil.
- Do not use other types of oil.
- Mixture ratio: 50:1 (2%).

To Make the Fuel Mixture
Note: Always use a clean fuel container for mixing.
Note: Do not mix more than a 30-day supply.
- Add half the gasoline quantity.
- Add the full quantity of oil.
- Shake the mixture to combine.
- Add the remaining gasoline quantity.
- Shake the mixture to combine.
- Fill the fuel tank.
To Add Fuel
- Always use a fuel container with an anti-spill valve.
- If there is fuel in the container, remove it and let the container dry.
- Ensure the area around the fuel tank cap is clean.
- Shake the fuel container before adding the mixture to the fuel tank.
To Start and Stop
Before You Start the Engine
- Check for missing, damaged, loose, or worn parts.
- Inspect the collection bag to ensure it is not damaged and the zipper is closed.
- Check nuts, screws, and bolts.
- Examine the air filter.
- Check throttle trigger operation.
- Check stop switch operation.
- Check for fuel leaks.
To Start a Cold Engine
⚠️ WARNING: Do not wrap the starter rope around your arm.
? CAUTION: Do not hold the product with your foot.
? CAUTION: Do not pull the starter rope to its full extent. Do not release the starter rope handle when extended, as this can damage the product.
Note: If the engine stops, move the choke control to the closed position and repeat the starting steps.
- Fill the fuel tank with a clean fuel mixture.
- Push the primer bulb 10 times. (Fig. 25)
- Move the engine choke control to the FULL CHOKE (closed) position. (Fig. 26)
- Push the variable speed control fully counterclockwise. (Fig. 27)
- Hold the machine body on the ground with your left hand.
- Pull the starter rope handle until the engine attempts to start. Do not pull more than 3 times.
- Move the choke control to the 1/2 position and pull the starter rope handle until the engine starts and runs. (Fig. 28)
- Run the engine for approximately 10 seconds.
- Push and hold the throttle trigger throughout the remaining steps.
- Move the choke control to the OFF CHOKE (opened) position. (Fig. 29)
- Warm up the engine for 1 minute.
To Start a Warm Engine
- Push and hold the throttle trigger.
- Move the choke control to the 1/2 position.
- Quickly pull the starter rope handle while pulling the throttle trigger until the engine runs.
- Move the choke control to the OFF CHOKE (opened) position.
To Stop the Engine
- Push and release the STOP switch. The switch automatically returns to the ON position. Wait 7 seconds before restarting to ensure the switch resets.
To Use a Nozzle
- Use the standard nozzle for precision and high airstream concentration. (Fig. 30)
- Use the high velocity nozzle for a wider airstream and higher air velocity. (Fig. 31)
To Adjust the Blower Nozzle
- Twist the nozzle left to disengage the bayonet mount.
- Move the nozzle to the desired position.
- Twist the nozzle right until it clicks.
To Vacuum
Before vacuuming, put on necessary safety equipment.
⚠️ WARNING: Ensure the collection bag is undamaged and the zipper is closed before use. Do not use a damaged bag, as this can cause injury from flying debris. Left-hand operation increases risk. Keep your body away from the exhaust outlet area.
⚠️ WARNING: Do not start the blower if the inlet cover is open or damaged (unless the vacuum tube is fitted).
- During blower operation, the collection bag must be supported by the shoulder strap, worn on the top of the shoulder.
- Start the blower. Follow the starting and stopping instructions and safety guidelines.
To Empty the Collection Bag
⚠️ WARNING: Always inspect the collection bag. Ensure it is undamaged and the zipper is closed before use. Do not use a damaged bag, as flying debris can cause injury. Be cautious with left-hand operation. Do not touch the exhaust outlet area.
- Stop the product.
- Open the side zipper.
- Empty the collection bag.
- Close the zipper.
Maintenance
⚠️ WARNING: Read and understand the safety chapter before cleaning, repairing, or performing maintenance on the product.
Maintenance Schedule
Follow the maintenance schedule. Intervals are based on daily use; they will differ if the product is used less frequently. Perform only maintenance described in this manual. Consult an approved service center for other maintenance tasks.
Daily Maintenance
- Clean external surfaces.
- Check speed control and throttle trigger function. Replace damaged parts.
- Check the stop switch. Replace if necessary.
- Check idle speed.
- Clean the air filter. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure the inlet cover locks securely and the impeller is clean.
- Tighten all nuts and screws.
- Check housings for cracks.
- Ensure the collection bag is undamaged and the zipper works. Replace the bag if necessary.
Weekly Maintenance
- Check the condition of the starter device, starter rope, and tension spring. Replace damaged parts.
- Check the air intake at the starter device. Remove debris if clogged.
- Clean the exterior of the spark plug. Remove it, check the electrode gap, and adjust to 0.6 mm (0.024 in) or replace the spark plug.
- Clean impeller blades.
- Clean the spark-arresting screen and replace if necessary (not on mufflers with catalytic converters).
- Clean the carburetor area.
- Clean the air filter.
Monthly Maintenance
- Check the starter rope handle and rope.
- Clean the fuel tank.
- Clean the carburetor and surrounding area.
- Clean impeller blades.
- Check fuel lines for cracks or damage. Replace if necessary.
- Check the fuel filter.
- Check all cables and connections.
- Replace the spark plug.
- Change the air filter.
Yearly Maintenance
- Inspect the spark plug.
- Clean the exterior of the carburetor and adjacent areas.
- Clean the cooling system.
- Inspect the spark arrester screen.
- Replace the fuel filter in the fuel tank.
- Check the fuel hose for damage.
- Check all cables and connections.
125 Hours Maintenance
- Have an approved service center repair or replace the muffler.
To Adjust Idle Speed
- Ensure the air filter is clean and the air filter cover is attached before adjusting idle speed.
- Adjust idle speed using the idle adjustment screw (marked "T").
- Correct idle speed results in smooth engine operation in all positions. (Fig. 32)
- Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase speed.
- Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise to decrease speed.
To Perform Maintenance on the Spark Arrester Screen
Use a wire brush to clean the spark arrester screen.
To Clean the Cooling System
(Fig. 33) Clean cooling system parts with a brush.
To Check the Spark Plug
? CAUTION: Always use the recommended spark plug type. Incorrect types can damage the product.
- Check the spark plug if the engine has low power, is hard to start, or idles poorly.
- To reduce the risk of unwanted material on spark plug electrodes: a) Ensure idle speed is correctly adjusted. b) Ensure the fuel mixture is correct. c) Ensure the air filter is clean.
- If the spark plug is dirty, clean it and check the electrode gap (refer to Technical Data, page 13). (Fig. 34)
- Replace the spark plug if necessary.
To Perform Maintenance on the Air Filter
To Clean the Air Filter
- Remove the air filter cover and the air filter. (Fig. 35)
- Clean the air filter with warm, soapy water. Ensure it is dry before reinstalling.
- Replace the air filter if it is too dirty to clean completely. Always replace a damaged air filter.
