Product Interface

The pedal features a classic layout with three main control knobs, a toggle switch, and a footswitch. The interface includes input and output jacks, and an LED indicator.

Controls:

  • 1. Power Input Jack: For powering the pedal. Use a standard 9V adapter with a negative tip. The optional NUX ACD006A adapter is recommended. Using incompatible adapters may cause interference or malfunctions.
  • 2. GAIN Knob: Adjusts the input signal gain level.
  • 3. MASTER Knob: Adjusts the output level of the pedal.
  • 4. TONE Knob: Adjusts the signal's treble frequencies, controlling the tone's brightness.
  • 5. JUMP Toggle Switch: Faithfully simulates the iconic "Jumpering" of the '59 Fender Bassman channels, offering two distinct tone options: Down position: Transparent drive sound. Up position: Brighter tone with boosted treble.
  • 6. Output Jack: Connect an amplifier to this jack.
  • 7. Input Jack: Connect your guitar to this jack. Connecting a cable to this jack powers the unit, whether the effect is engaged or not. When not in use, disconnect the cable from this jack to conserve battery life.
  • 8. LED Indicator: Shows the operational status of the pedal.
  • 9. Footswitch: Engages/disengages the effect.

Battery Installation

A 9V battery is included in the product package. Replace the battery if:

  • The indicator light is dim or does not turn on.
  • The effect sound becomes weak or heavily distorted.

Connect the snap cable to the battery and insert the battery as shown in the diagram. [Diagram shows a 9V battery being connected to a snap cable and inserted into the pedal's battery compartment.]
