Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare the tap body and its connection point.

Step 2: Mounting to Countertop

• The tap is mounted onto a countertop.
• Hole Size Requirement: Diameter 34 - 37 mm (1 3/8 - 1 1/2 inches).
• Maximum Countertop Thickness: 65 mm (2 9/16 inches).
• Sealing: Seal the open surfaces with silicone to prevent water penetration upon leaks. Silicone sealant is not included.
• Silicone Sealant Requirements: The sealant must be water- and mould-resistant and suitable for installation, conforming to EN 15651-3, Class XS1.

Step 3: Connecting Hoses

• Connect the flexible hoses to the tap body.
• Important Note: Ensure the pipe connection is flat and free from sharp edges.
• Caution: Do not overtighten connections. Overtightening can damage hoses, pipes, and washers. [!]
• Illustrations show correct and incorrect hose connection methods.

Usage and Maintenance

• Before First Use: Unscrew the aerator/flow guide with a coin. Allow water to run freely for a few minutes. Screw the aerator/flow guide back in place until it stops, but do not overtighten.
• Regular Checks: Periodically check that the installation is leak-free. [i]
