This document provides assembly and installation instructions for the IKEA DELSJÖN kitchen mixer tap.
Safety and Installation Regulations
? Installation must be carried out in accordance with industry regulations Säker Vatteninstallation.
⚠️ Switch off the main shut-off valve before changing the mixer tap.
Certifications: TG 1805, 1913, EN 817 | EN 1717.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach the main tap body to the mounting surface. Insert the threaded rod (120143) from below through the tap body.

Step 2
? Seal the open surfaces with silicone to prevent water from penetrating the worktop upon any leaks. Silicone is not included.
? Silicone sealant must be water- and mould-resistant and suitable for the installation, according to EN 15651-3, Class XS1.
Mounting hole diameter: Ø34-37 mm (Ø1 3/8 - 1 1/2").
Maximum thickness of mounting plate/gasket: 3 mm (1/8").
Maximum worktop thickness: 50 mm (2").

Step 3
Rotate the spout. The spout can be rotated 120° to the left and 90° to the right.

Step 4
Secure the spout. Use the Allen key (110084) to tighten the screw (10094227) that secures the spout.

Step 5
Attach the spout to the tap body.

Step 6 & 7
Insert and rotate the decorative cover (10094245) into place.

Step 8
Remove and reattach the decorative cover.

Step 9
Attach the spout to the tap body. Use the Allen key (110084) to tighten the screw (10094227).

Step 10
Connect the flexible hoses to the water supply lines.
? The pipe connection needs to be flat and free from sharp edges.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! Do not tighten too hard: this can damage hoses/ pipes and washers.

Before Use and Maintenance
Before Use
? Before use: Unscrew the Aerator/Flow Guide (139269) with a coin and allow the water to run freely for a few minutes. Then screw the Aerator/Flow Guide back in place up to the stop. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

Maintenance
? Check at regular intervals to make sure that the installation is not leaking.
