Important Safety Information
WARNING (To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury):
- Installation by a licensed electrician is suggested.
- Please read these instructions carefully and save them for future reference.
- Before starting any work, NEVER attempt any electrical work without shutting off the electricity.
- ➡️ Go to the main fuse or circuit breaker box in your home and place the main power switch in the “OFF” position.
- ➡️ Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.
- The mounting surface should be clean, dry, flat, strong, and at least 1/4” larger than the canopy on all sides. Any gaps between the mounting surface and canopy exceeding 3/16" should be corrected.
- Ensure the ceiling or wall can support the weight of the lamp before installation.
- Verify the voltage is 120V. The maximum wattage is LED, 34W.
- Keep the lamp away from acidic and alkaline substances to prevent surface damage.
- When replacing bulbs, turn off or unplug the lamp and wait for bulbs to cool down, as they get hot quickly.
- These safety instructions are not exhaustive and may not cover all possible conditions. Common sense, caution, and care must be used with any electrical products.
Finished Product Appearance
The finished product is a lighting fixture designed for ceiling or wall mounting. It features a lampshade (I) suspended by a cable (G) and steel wire (H), attached to a canopy (E) which conceals the wiring and mounting hardware. The overall design appears to be decorative, with multiple arms or shades contributing to its aesthetic.

Assembly & Installation Instructions
- Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts and accessories are included as shown in the illustrations.

Turn off power: Before starting the installation, NEVER attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.
- Go to the main fuse or circuit breaker box in your home. Place the main power switch in the “OFF” position.
- Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.

Step A1: Prepare Mounting Plate
Unscrew canopy screws (D) from canopy (E). Gently remove the mounting plate (C) and set it aside for later installation.

Step A2: Attach Mounting Plate
Carefully pass the supply wires from the outlet box through the mounting plate (C). Attach the mounting plate (C) to the outlet box using mounting screws (A).

Step A3: Make Wire Connections
Connect wires as shown in the charts below. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GROUND WIRE IS BARE COPPER WIRE; NEVER CONNECT OTHER WIRES TO GROUND WIRES.
Connecting Ground Wires:
Connect the outlet box ground wire to the fixture ground wire. This is typically a green or bare copper wire.
Diagrammatic representation: Outlet Box Ground wire connects to Fixture Ground wire, typically via a green ground screw.
Connecting Supply Wires:
Connect Black or Red Supply Wire to: Connect White Supply Wire to: - Black wire
- Parallel cord (round & smooth)
- Clear, Brown, Gold or Black wire without tracer
- Insulated wire (other than green) with copper conductor
- White wire
- Parallel cord (square & ridged)
- Clear, Brown, Gold or Black wire with tracer
- Insulated wire (other than green) with silver conductor
Note: When parallel wires (SPT-1 & SPT-2) are used, the neutral wire is typically square-shaped or ridged, while the hot wire is round or smooth.
Twist wires together securely using plastic wire connectors. Wrap each connector with approved electrical tape. Ensure no wire strands are exposed, and carefully tuck all wires into the outlet box.

Step A4: Attach Canopy
Position the canopy (E) in place. Carefully thread canopy screws (D) through the holes in the canopy (E) and mounting plate (C), then secure by tightening the canopy screws (D).

Step A5: Adjust Hanging Height
Please adjust the hanging height of the fixture:
- Press down and hold the lock nuts (F) of the canopy by hand.
- Pull or push the steel wires (H) and cable (G) in and out of the canopy to increase or decrease the hanging height.

Cleaning Instructions
To clean, wipe the fixture with a soft cloth. Clean glass with a mild cleaner, such as mild, non-abrasive soap. Do not use abrasive materials such as scouring pads, powders, steel wool, or abrasive paper.
