Guidelines to Ensure Performance

• If exposed to liquid, wipe off the liquid and ensure the area between the slider and beam is completely dry before re-use.
• This product complies with the EMC Directive. In environments with electromagnetic interference exceeding EMC requirements, appropriate countermeasures are required.
• Optimal operating temperature is between 0-40°C (32-104°F). Do not expose the caliper to direct sunlight or temperatures below 0°C (32°F).
• Do not attempt to disassemble the caliper.
• Pay attention to protection against drops.

NOTICE: Do not disassemble, short-circuit, charge, expose to sunlight, or heat the battery. Doing so may cause the battery to leak, come into contact with eyes, or cause battery heating or explosion. Never directly touch leaked batteries. If a battery is swallowed, consult a doctor immediately. The measuring jaws have sharp edges; handle with care to avoid injury.

Disposal Guide

Disposal of used electrical and electronic equipment is applicable in the European Union and other European countries with separate collection systems.

The symbol on the product or packaging is based on the WEEE directive, indicating that this product shall not be treated as household waste. Cooperate in reuse and recycling to reduce environmental impact and landfill volume.

For disposal instructions, consult local regulations. Recycle batteries at your local recycling facility.

Automatic hibernation: Adjustable from 15s to 10 min. Within 8 hours, the caliper can be turned on by pulling. Beyond 8 hours, the system will be completely cut off and requires pressing the "SET" button to turn on.

Operation Instructions

DATA Button

• Long press and hold the "DATA" key; the screen displays " ". The corresponding Bluetooth device should be ready for pairing.
• Short press the "DATA" key to send data.

MENU Button

Press "MENU" briefly to enter the menu:

1. Measurement unit setting: Short press "SET" key to cycle through units: 0.01mm, 0.0005inch, 1/128inch.
2. Screen brightness setting: Short press "SET" key to select Bright, Normal, or Night.
3. Screen sleep time interval: Short press "SET" key to cycle through intervals: 15S, 30S, 1MIN, 2MIN, 5MIN, 10MIN.
4. "INC" function enable/disable: Short press "SET" key to toggle INC: OFF or INC: ON (cannot be used simultaneously with HOLD and TOL).
5. "HOLD" function enable/disable: Short press "SET" key to toggle HOLD: OFF or HOLD: ON (cannot be used simultaneously with INC and TOL).
6. "TOL" function enable/disable: Short press "SET" key to toggle TOL: OFF or TOL: ON (cannot be used simultaneously with INC and HOLD).
7. Display panel style selection: Short press "SET" key to switch between interface 0 (pointer) and interface 1 (digital).

After selecting a function, press and hold "MENU" to save settings and return to measurement mode.

SET Button

• Short press to set "0".
• Press and hold for at least 3 seconds after turning on to display "Shutting down" and turn off the caliper.
• Within 8 hours, the caliper can be turned on by pulling. Beyond 8 hours, the system will be completely cut off and requires pressing the "SET" button to turn on.
• When the INC function is activated, short press to enter INC mode and set to "0" at the current position. Short press again to return to normal measurement mode.
• When the HOLD function is activated, short press to lock/unlock the displayed number.
• When the TOL function is activated, briefly press to enter/exit TOL measurement mode. To set tolerance limits: long press "MENU" to activate tolerance limit numbers (highlighted in red). Short press "MENU" to cycle through digits (0-9). Press "MENU" twice to move to the next digit. After setting all digits, long press "MENU" to exit. Measurement data within tolerance limits will be highlighted in green.

Note:

• The system automatically determines upper and lower tolerance values based on the set values.
• It is recommended to set the lower limit value on the left side of the screen display and the upper limit value on the right side for combined viewing habits.
• In inch score measurement mode, upper and lower tolerance values can only be presented in decimal form.
