Dasqua Digital Caliper
Please read the product instructions carefully and use the product correctly under the instructions.
Guidelines to Ensure Performance
- Performance may be limited if the caliper is wet or used under humidity conditions > 80%. If exposed to liquid, wipe off and ensure the area between the slider and beam is completely dry before re-use.
- Optimal operating temperatures are 0-40°C (32-104°F). Do not exceed this range by exposing the caliper to direct sunlight or temperatures below 0°C/32°F.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the caliper.
- Pay attention to protection against falling.
Safety Instructions
- Do not disassemble, short-circuit, charge, expose to direct sunlight, or heat the battery. This may cause battery leakage, contact with eyes, or battery heating/explosion.
- If a battery is swallowed, immediately consult a doctor.
- The measuring jaws have sharp edges. Handle with great care to avoid injury.

Product Instructions
Structures
The caliper consists of the following parts: Internal Jaws, Battery Cover, Scale, U Button, Metric/Inch Button, LCD Display, and 0 Button.
Use Steps
- Rotate the locking screw to the right to loosen and release the caliper's lock, allowing the slider to move.
- Turn on the caliper to check if the display and keys are working.
- Clean the measuring surfaces. Close the measuring jaws with appropriate force, briefly press 0/0 to turn on and set zero.
Measurement Operation
- Press the switch or pull the caliper frame to light up the display.
- Select the measurement unit (Metric/Inch) by pressing the Metric/Inch button.
- Move the caliper frame so the measuring surfaces are in close contact with the object's surfaces, then read the value on the screen.
Normal Mode: Upon power-on, the display shows the ruler frame's position before the last power-off. The zero position (origin) is the last set zero position.
Installing / Replacing the Battery
- Always use a CR2032, 3V battery.
- Supplied batteries are for function checking; specified battery life may not be met.
- To install the battery: Open the battery compartment, install a new battery (Positive terminal up), and close the compartment.
- Flashing digits on the LCD indicate low battery power. Replace the battery.
- If the caliper will not be used for over 1 month, remove the battery and store it properly to prevent liquid leakage and damage.
