Sylvox ZENO K200 TV Wall Mount Installation and Troubleshooting Guide
This document provides detailed instructions for the installation and troubleshooting of the Sylvox ZENO K200 single-side TV wall mount. Please read all instructions carefully before proceeding.
Installation Guide
Follow these steps to safely install your Sylvox ZENO K200 TV wall mount.
Step 1: Locate Mounting Location and Prepare Wall
Determine the desired mounting location on your wall. Use a stud finder ? to locate wall studs. Mark the desired height for the mount. Ensure the wall is capable of supporting the weight of the TV and mount. Note: This mount is designed for installation into wall studs or solid concrete walls. Do not install on drywall alone.

Step 2: Attach Wall Plate to the Wall
Hold the wall plate against the wall at your marked location, ensuring it is level. Use a level tool ? to confirm. Mark the drill hole positions. Drill pilot holes if necessary, according to your wall type (e.g., wood screws for studs, anchors for concrete). Securely attach the wall plate to the wall using the provided hardware. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly. Caution: Verify that the wall plate is securely fastened before proceeding.

Step 3: Attach Brackets to the TV
Identify the correct VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. Attach the vertical brackets to the TV using the appropriate screws and spacers provided. Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly (usually with the wider end towards the bottom or top, depending on the design). Do not overtighten screws, as this could damage the TV.

Step 4: Mount TV onto the Wall Plate
With the help of another person, carefully lift the TV and align the brackets attached to the TV with the wall plate. Hook the brackets onto the wall plate. Ensure the TV is securely seated. Engage any locking mechanisms (e.g., safety screws or clips) to prevent the TV from accidentally dislodging. Safety First: Always use two people to lift and mount the TV.

Step 5: Adjust and Secure TV
Once the TV is mounted, you can adjust its position (tilt, swivel, pan) as allowed by the mount. Tighten any adjustment knobs or screws to secure the TV in your desired position. Double-check all connections and ensure the TV is stable.

Troubleshooting Guide
If you encounter issues, consult the table below:
Problem | Possible Solution |
---|---|
Mount feels loose or unstable | Re-check and tighten all wall mounting screws. Ensure you are mounting into studs or using appropriate anchors for your wall type. Verify wall can support the weight. |
TV does not tilt or move smoothly | Ensure tilt/tension screws are properly adjusted. Some mounts have specific locking mechanisms that need to be engaged or disengaged. Check for obstructions. |
Difficulty attaching cables after mounting | Slightly pull the TV away from the wall if the mount allows, or ensure cables are routed neatly before final mounting. |
Mounting hardware does not fit TV | Verify VESA pattern compatibility. Ensure you are using the correct screws and spacers for your specific TV model. Consult your TV's manual if unsure. |
