Controller Instruction
The controller features buttons for height adjustment and memory presets.
Controller Layout
The controller displays a height value (e.g., 69) and has numbered buttons (1, 2, 3, 4) for memory presets, along with up/down adjustment buttons.
RESET Setting
Method 1: Press and hold the "A" and "V" buttons on the controller simultaneously for several seconds until a beep is heard. Release the buttons. The desk will move automatically until it shows '69', indicating the reset is successful.
Height Adjustment
Use the "Up" button (typically labeled 'A') to raise the desk and the "Down" button (typically labeled 'V') to lower it.
Switch Display (cm/inch)
Press and hold the "V" button and Button 4 simultaneously to switch between centimeters (cm) and inches (inch) display.
Memory Height
To store a height: Press and hold any memory button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The display will flash twice. Release the button to save the current height. To recall a stored height: Press the memory position button (1, 2, 3, or 4), and the desk will automatically adjust to that saved height. This standing table has four memory height positions. The stored memory remains valid after the power is turned off. You can use the upper and down buttons to adjust the standing table to your preferred working height.
Troubleshooting Guide
- If your standing desk does not work properly, you may need to reset it.
- If any error codes appear, you need to reset it.
- If it still does not work after the reset, please contact NITHO for more help.
Maintenance and Consideration
- During daily maintenance, use a clean soft cloth to remove surface dust. Do not use a wet cloth or hard material to wipe the surface of the table.
- Avoid contacting the surface with acid-based chemicals.
- For slight scratches, gently wipe with a soft cloth; this can smooth out scratches. Avoid attaching tape directly to the outer surface of the metal feet to prevent paint from peeling.
Single Motor Standing Desk Fault Codes and Troubleshooting Methods
Fault Codes:
- E01: Under-voltage protection
- E02: Over-voltage protection
- E03: Over-current protection
- E04: Overload protection
- E05: Motor 1 Hall sensor not detected
- E09: Controller is not connected to the control box; the controller needs a replacement.
- E13: Imbalance or obstruction
Troubleshooting Steps:
- When E05 appears: Check if the motor wires are connected to the control box. Power off and wait for the screen to turn off before powering on again. If E05 still appears, replace the control box or motor.
- When E13 appears: This can be resolved by manually raising and lowering the desk several times.
- When E01, E02, E03, or E04 appears: Unplug the power and wait for the hand controller display to turn off, then power on again. If E01 or E02, E03, E04 codes still appear after pressing the up or down buttons without turning off the power, disconnect the male and female connectors connecting the motor and control box, then press the up or down button. If the code changes from E01/E02/E03/E04 to E05, it indicates a motor problem and requires replacement. If the code remains unchanged, it indicates a control box problem and requires replacement.
- If the controller screen does not light up after powering on: Check for wiring issues and loose connections. If the wiring is correct, unplug the power plug for about ten seconds and then power it on again. If you hear a "beep" sound from the control box but the hand controller screen remains unlit, replace the hand controller. If there is no "beep" sound from the control box, replace the control box.
