Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach the side brackets to the beam
Secure the left and right side brackets (④) to the supporting beam (①) using four 'A' screws (A x4).
Step 2: Adjust the length of the frame
a) Loosen the four screws on the crossbar and adjust the frame to the desired length. Ensure the centreline label remains centered during adjustment.
b) Once the length is confirmed, tighten the eight screws (B x4) on the crossbar.
Note: The distance from the support plate to the edge of the tabletop should not exceed 7.87 inches.
Step 3: Affix the tabletop
Place the tabletop onto the assembled frame. Use eleven 'E' screws (E x11) to secure the tabletop to the frame. A spare screw is provided.
Note: When the beam is stretched to its widest point, 11 screws are needed. Otherwise, 10 screws are sufficient.
Step 4: Install the leg columns
Attach the lifting columns (②) to the frame using eight 'C' screws (C x8).
Step 5: Attach the feet
Attach the feet (③) to the bottom of the lifting columns (②). Ensure the correct orientation of the legs is maintained during installation. Use eight 'D' screws (D x8).
Step 6: Fix the keypad
Mount the keypad (⑭) to the desired location on the underside of the tabletop using two 'E' screws (E x2).
Step 7: Connect the wires
Connect the cables from the lifting columns (②) and the keypad (⑭) to the control box (⑫). Ensure all connections are secure. The diagram shows the AC power input and DC output connections.
Step 8: Attach the cable tray
Attach the cable tray (⑥) to the underside of the desk frame using the provided screws.
Step 9: Cable Management
Use the cable manager (⑫) and cable holder (⑦) along with the provided cable ties (total length 2m) to organize and tidy up the cables.
Step 10: Adjust foot pads for balance
Adjust the foot pads (⑪) under the feet (③) to ensure the desk is stable and level on uneven surfaces.
Note: The tightness of the foot pads can be adjusted to balance the desk on uneven ground.
Step 11: Finished
The desk is now assembled. Place the tabletop onto the frame and secure it.
Step 12: Final Check and Cable Management
Ensure all cables are neatly managed using the provided cable ties. The cable ties are not disposable and can be cut to the desired length.
Keypad User Guide
Child Lock Function
The child lock function prevents accidental adjustments. When activated, a blue indicator light illuminates above the 'V' and 'M' buttons.
To activate/deactivate: Press and hold the 'M' button for approximately 5 seconds. The button indicator will flash once.
All buttons function normally only when the child lock is deactivated.
Height Adjustable Function
Press the '▲' (Up) or '▼' (Down) buttons to adjust the desk height. The LED display shows the current height.
Height Memory Function
1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the '▲' or '▼' buttons.
2. Press the 'M' (Memory) button to save the current height. The screen will display 'S-1'.
3. Press a number button ('1', '2', '3', or '4') to save the height to that preset. The display will show 'S-1', 'S-2', 'S-3', or 'S-4' respectively.
4. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding number button ('1', '2', '3', or '4'). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.
Collision Prevention Sensitivity Adjustment (Optional)
This feature helps prevent damage by stopping and reversing the desk if it encounters an obstruction.
To adjust sensitivity: Press and hold the '▲' and '▼' buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The sensitivity levels are indicated as A-0 (off), A-1 (low), A-2 (medium), and A-3 (high).
When the desk encounters an object during height adjustment, it will stop and reverse direction.
If the display does not show the A-0 to A-3 codes after pressing the buttons, the anti-collision function may not be available or enabled.
Troubleshooting
Reset Procedure
If the LED displays "AST", press the '▼' button until the desk reaches its lowest point and stops. This indicates the reset is complete.
Error Codes
If the LED displays "E01" or "E02", wait 18 minutes before trying again.
Button Malfunction
If the '▼' button is not working, check the cable connections. Disconnect the power for at least 10 seconds, then reconnect. Press the '▼' button to initiate the reset process when "AST" is displayed.
