Display Cabinet Assembly Instructions
Important Information & Safety
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Please read the entire manual before starting to assemble and/or using this product. Follow the manual thoroughly and keep it for further reference.
AVOID SCRATCHES! Furniture should be assembled on a soft layer, such as a rug.
IMPROVE EFFICIENCY! Try to find a partner to install with you, which can speed up the installation efficiency and shorten the time.
ANTI-TOPPLE WARNING! Overturned furniture can cause serious or fatal injury. To prevent tip-over, it is crucial to use the wall attachment provided (or purchase a suitable one for your wall). If unsure, seek professional advice. Please read and follow each step of the instructions carefully.
IMPORTANT! For stability, check the assembly 2 weeks after assembly and every 3 months thereafter.
Maintenance and Cleaning: For the frame, use a rag dipped in neutral detergent, then dry with a clean rag. For glass materials, wipe with a rag dampened with glass cleaner, and then dry with a dry rag.
Do not use an electric screwdriver, and do not use excessive force when installing, as the board is easy to break.
Tools Required
Illustration shows common tools: tape measure, screwdriver, spirit level, hammer, drill.
Hardware and Parts List
When installing, please carefully confirm whether each screw corresponds to the manual. Accessories with similar shapes can be distinguished by size.
Additional hardware breakdown: J-1, J-2, J-3 (hinge), Jx4, J-5 (screw), J-6 (circular plastic piece).
Exploded View and Parts Identification
Exploded view diagram showing all cabinet parts numbered: 1 (top panel), 2 (left side panel), 3 (right side panel), 4 (bottom panel), 5 (shelf), 6 (internal divider), 7 (back panel), 8 (door), 9 (base support), 10 (leg), 11 (top frame), 12 (side frame). Hardware quantities indicated: 11 x2, 10 x4.
AWARNING: Children have died from furniture tipover. To reduce the risk of furniture tipover:
- ALWAYS install tipover restraint provided.
- NEVER put a TV on this product.
- NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
- NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
- Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
This is a permanent label. Do not remove!
Assembly Steps
Step 1
Illustration shows eccentric rods (A) being screwed into boards 2 and 3 using a screwdriver.
Screw eccentric rod(A) into board 2 and 3 with a screwdriver as shown.
Step 2
Illustration shows wooden dowels (C) inserted into board 6. Boards 3 and 2 are connected to board 12 and 6. Cam locks (B) are inserted into boards 6 and 12 and turned 180 degrees clockwise to tighten.
Insert wooden dowel(C) into board 6 first. Connect board 3 and 2 to board 12 and 6, add cam lock(B) into board 6,12 and turn clockwise to tighten as shown.
Step 3
Illustration shows two boards (7) being connected to plank 11. Back boards (7) are inserted into grooves.
Connect two board 7 to plank 11 at first. Insert back board 7 along available grooves as shown.
Step 4
Illustration shows board 9 being attached to boards 2 and 3 using wooden dowels (S). Board 9 is then fixed to board 12 with screws (G).
Attach board 9 to board 2 and 3 using LONG wooden dowel(S) at first, and fix to board 12 with screw(G) as shown.
Step 5
Illustration shows board 1 (top panel) being attached to board 9 using screws (D).
Attach board 1 to board 9 at first, and fix with screw(D) as shown.
Step 6
Illustration shows part (L) being fixed to board 12 using screws (H). Board 4 (bottom panel) is attached using dowels (C) and screws (T). Legs (10) are attached to board 4 using dowels (C) and screws (U).
Fix part(L) to board 12 using screw(H) as shown. Attach board 4 to the bottom using wooden dowel(C) at first, and fix with screw(T) as shown. Attach leg 10 to board 4 using wooden dowel(C), and fix with screw(U) as shown.
Step 7
Illustration shows layer pins (N) being inserted into boards 3 and 2.
Insert layer pin(N) to board 3 and 2 as shown.
Step 8
Illustration shows shelf boards (5) being placed into the cabinet.
Place shelf board 5 in.
Step 9 (Hinge Fittings)
Illustration shows hinge fittings (J-1, J-2, J-3) and screws (J-5). Hinge (J-3) is fixed to boards 2 and 3 with screws (J-5).
Please refer to page 4 for hinge fittings. Fix hinge(J-3) to board 2 and 3 with screw(J-5) as shown.
Step 10 (Door Attachment)
Illustration shows plastic spacers (J-4) being inserted into hinge seams. Door 8 is then fixed to the assembled hinge (J-3) with screws. Part (P) is placed onto board 8.
Put the plastic spacer(J-4) in the hinge seam at first. Fix door 8 to assembled hinge(J-3) with screw as shown. Place part(P) to board 8 as shown.
Step 11 (Buckles)
Illustration shows buckles (K) being inserted into back slots and fixed with screws (E).
Insert buckle(K) into back slots and fix with screw(E) as shown.
Step 12 (Anti-tipping Device)
Illustration shows the installation of the anti-tipping device. This involves attaching brackets to the wall and the cabinet using screws (F, M, Q, R).
Install anti-tipping device as shown.
Warranty Information
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Work properly. The warranty will start from the date of purchase which must be verified by proof of purchase.
- Before making a claim, please call with your purchase order number and problem details. Replacement parts will be arranged within 48 hours. If out of stock, a shipping date will be provided.
- The product must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
- For returns, the furniture must be cleaned and dried and operated within 30 days of receipt.
Type of Warranty Claim
- Failure to follow the furniture instructions will invalidate the warranty.
- Does not include damage during installation, but includes damage during transportation.
Scope of Responsibility
- Shall not bear any responsibility for the installation of furniture.
- Damage and scratches after use are not covered by the warranty.
The Warranty Relates to All Bought in The Us and Covers The Following Areas:
- Parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Electrical parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.
- There is a 30-day warranty [unspecified item].
