Wall Mounting Advice

When mounting to a wall:

For a solid wall, use expansion screws and self-tapping screws.
For a wooden wall, use only self-tapping screws.
Please do not overtighten the screws.

Assembly Components & Mechanisms

Quickfit Assembly

Tighten the quickfit component until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

Cam Lock Assembly

When fitting a cam lock:

Ensure the starting position of the cam lock is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit bolt.
The head of the quickfit bolt should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined.
The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit bolt.
Turn the cam lock clockwise ⚙️ to tighten.

Assembly Steps

Step 01: Preparing Panels

Insert plastic hardware (likely a dowel or cam lock housing) into a panel using a hammer ?. Then, insert screw/bolt (Part A1) into the prepared hole.

Step 02: Assembling the Frame

Attach shelves (Parts 5, 6, 7) to side panels (Parts 1, 2) using cam lock bolts (Part B) and cam lock housings (Part A). Then, attach the top panel (Part 3) and bottom panel (Part 4) to the side panels using the same hardware.

Step 03: Attaching Back Panel

Attach the back panel(s) (Part 8) to the assembled frame using screws (Part F).

Step 04: Preparing Door and Hinges

Attach hinges (Part C) to the door (Part 9) and to the side panel (Part 1) of the cabinet using screws (Part D).

Mount the door (Part 9) to the cabinet by connecting the hinges. Secure the door using screws (Parts E and F).

Door Adjustment

It may be necessary to adjust the hinges so that the doors align correctly.

Vertical Adjustment: Loosen the adjustment screw as shown and move the door up or down as needed.
Gap Adjustment (Door to Frame): Turn the adjustment screw clockwise ⚙️ or anti-clockwise to adjust the gap between the door and the main frame.
Lateral Adjustment: Adjust the lateral screw as shown by turning it clockwise ⚙️ or anti-clockwise to align the door sideways.

Please fix any other remaining screws.
