Working Modes / Unit Conversion

The scale supports the following modes:

• Weight Mode: Measures weight in grams, pounds, and ounces.
• Water Volume Mode: Measures the volume of water in milliliters (ml) and fluid ounces (fl'oz).
• Milk Volume Mode: Measures the volume of milk in milliliters (ml) and fluid ounces (fl'oz).

Press the UNIT button to switch between these modes and units.

Zero and Tare Functions

These functions allow for consecutive weighing without accounting for the weight of containers.

• Zero Function: When the total weight on the scale is less than 7 oz (200 g), pressing the ZERO button resets the display to "0 g". An "o" icon appears on the LCD.
• Tare Function: When the total weight on the scale is over 7 oz (200 g), pressing the ZERO button resets the display to "0 g". A "T" icon appears on the LCD. The scale's maximum capacity is reduced by the tare amount.

To use:

1. Place the scale on a solid, flat surface.
2. Press the ZERO/ON/OFF button to turn on the scale. Wait for the LCD to show "0".
3. Place a container on the platform. The LCD will show the container's weight.
4. Press the ZERO button to reset the LCD to "0".
5. Add the item to be weighed. The LCD will display the net weight of the item.

Volume Weighing Mode

To measure liquid volume:

1. Place the scale on a solid, flat surface.
2. Press the ZERO/ON/OFF button. Wait for the LCD to show "0".
3. Press the UNIT button to select the water or milk mode.
4. Place a bowl or container on the platform. The LCD will show its weight.
5. Press the ZERO button to reset the LCD to "0".
6. Pour the liquid (water or milk) into the container. The LCD will display the volume of the liquid.

Auto Shut Off & Manual Shut Off

The scale automatically shuts off if the display shows "0" or the same weight for 2 minutes to conserve battery life. For maximum battery life, it is recommended to manually turn off the scale by pressing the ZERO/ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.

Replacing Batteries

1. Open the battery case cover located underneath the scale.
2. Remove the used batteries and insert new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Close the battery case cover.

Low Battery & Overload Indicators

• Lo: Indicates low battery power. Please replace the batteries.
• Err: Indicates an overload condition. Remove the item to prevent damage. The maximum capacity is 11 lb / 5 kg.

Advice for Use & Care

• Always use the scale on a hard, flat surface.
• Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid contact with water. Do not immerse the scale in water.
• Clean plastic parts immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar, and strongly flavored/colored food. Avoid contact with acidic citrus juices.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
• This scale is not intended for commercial use.
