  • When the weighing unit is set to Imperial (lb), the default volume unit is fluid ounces (fl'oz).

Press the MODE button to switch between modes and units.

Zero and Tare Functions

These functions allow you to weigh items consecutively without including the weight of a container. For example, when using a bowl, these functions let you weigh only the contents without counting the bowl's weight.

  • Zero function: Press the ZERO button. The LCD will show "0 g" (or the current unit). An "o" icon will appear on the left of the LCD, indicating the zero function is activated. The maximum capacity of the scale is not reduced by the stated weight if it is 7 oz (200 g) or less.
  • Tare function: When the sum of all loads on the scale is over 7 oz (200 g), press the ZERO button. The LCD will show "0 g" (or the current unit). A "T" icon will appear in the upper left corner of the LCD, indicating the tare function is activated. The maximum weight capacity is reduced by the tare amount. Under this condition, if you press the ZERO button again, you will see the total weight of all loads.

Battery

The scale requires one 3V lithium battery (CR2032, included). Remove the isolation sheet before first use.

  2. Remove the old battery using a sharp object.
