Mont Alpi support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I clean the exterior of my Mont Alpi grill?
Clean the exterior regularly with an oil-based lubricant. Apply generously on the roasting hood, cart, and cabinet to keep the barbecue looking fresh and to prevent moisture from eroding the metal.
-
What is the difference between the Mont Alpi Guarantee and Limited Lifetime Warranty?
The Guarantee covers free parts for product failure, while the Limited Lifetime Warranty provides access to parts at a reduced price for the lifetime of the original owner (proof of purchase required).
-
Are the cabinet covers for the modular islands interchangeable?
Yes, the left and right cabinet covers are identical and work on either side. However, ensure the zipper and puller are positioned correctly (on the left side) to zip the end cap cover.
-
What should I do if I have a grease fire?
In the event of a grease fire, turn off the control knobs and close the roasting hood immediately. Do not attempt to extinguish grease fires with water. Regular cleaning of the grease tray reduces this risk.
