5. Operating Instructions

1. Lighting Main Burners: Open the grill hood. Turn the desired burner knob to the 'HIGH' position and press the electronic ignition button until the burner ignites. Repeat for other burners.
2. Temperature Control: Adjust burner knobs to achieve desired cooking temperature. The temperature gauge on the hood provides an internal reading.
3. Rotisserie: Secure food onto the rotisserie spit. Insert the spit into the motor and turn on the rotisserie motor. Use the rear infrared burner for even cooking.
