LEKATO support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I pair my LEKATO wireless transmitter and receiver?
Turn on both units. Long press the pairing button (often labeled with a channel icon) on the receiver until the indicator flashes quickly. Then long press the pairing button on the transmitter. When the lights on both units turn solid (usually blue or green), they are paired successfully.
-
What does it mean if the LED indicator is flashing red?
A flashing red light typically indicates that the battery is low. Use the included USB cable to charge the unit. During charging, the red light will stay on and turn off or change color once fully charged.
-
Can I use multiple LEKATO wireless systems simultaneously?
Yes, LEKATO systems support multiple sets working in the same environment. You must pair each transmitter and receiver set individually on different channels to avoid interference. Refer to your specific model's manual for the maximum number of simultaneous sets (often 4 to 6).
-
My LEKATO device is not working after being unused for a long time. What should I do?
The lithium battery may have entered protection mode due to low voltage. Charge the device for at least 10 minutes to reactivate the battery. Regular charging every two months is recommended to maintain battery health.
-
How do I switch channels on my LEKATO wireless system?
Short press or double-click the channel/pairing button (depending on the model) to switch between available frequency banks. The LED indicator will often flash a specific number of times to correspond with the selected channel.
