5. Maintenance

5.1 Charging

Recharge the units when the battery indicator shows low power. A full charge provides approximately 6 hours of working time. Always use the provided dual-ended USB cable for charging.

5.2 Cleaning

Wipe the units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can damage the device.

5.3 Storage

Store the wireless system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the batteries are partially charged (around 50%) to prolong battery life.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound:
    • Ensure both transmitter and receiver are powered on.
    • Check if both units are successfully paired (indicator lights solid). If not, re-pair them.
    • Verify that the instrument and amplifier volumes are turned up.
    • Check battery levels; recharge if necessary.
    • Ensure the transmitter is securely plugged into the instrument and the receiver into the amplifier.
  • Interference or Signal Dropouts:
    • Move closer to the receiver; the effective range is 80-131 feet.
    • Short-press the signal button on both units to switch to a different channel.
    • Avoid placing the units near other wireless devices (Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) or large metal objects that may cause interference.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.
  • Device Not Charging:
    • Verify the USB cable is properly connected to both units and the power source.
    • Try a different USB power adapter or port.
    • Ensure the charging cable is not damaged.
  • Lag or Delay:
    • The system has ultra-low latency (<3ms). If you experience noticeable lag, check for strong interference sources or try a different channel.
