2. Attaching the Guitar Strap
Securely attach the guitar strap to the strap buttons located on the body of the guitar. Ensure both ends are firmly fastened before playing.
3. Tuning the Guitar
Use the included digital tuner to accurately tune your guitar. The standard tuning for a 6-string guitar is E-A-D-G-B-E (from thickest to thinnest string).
- Clip the digital tuner onto the headstock of the guitar.
- Pluck each string individually. The tuner display will show the note being played.
- Turn the corresponding tuning machine head to adjust the string tension until the tuner indicates the correct note and is centered (in tune).
4. Connecting the Amplifier
Connect the guitar to the 5-watt mini amplifier using the provided guitar cable. Plug one end into the guitar's output jack and the other into the amplifier's input jack. Ensure the amplifier is powered on and volume is set to a low level before playing.

Operating
1. Guitar Controls
Your guitar features the following controls:
- Volume Knob: Controls the overall output volume of the guitar.
- Tone Knob 1: Controls the tone for the neck pickup.
- Tone Knob 2: Controls the tone for the middle pickup.
- 5-Way Pickup Selector Switch: Allows you to select different pickup combinations for varied tones.

2. Using the Tremolo Arm
The tremolo arm can be inserted into the bridge to create vibrato effects by raising or lowering the pitch of the strings. Use it gently to avoid excessive stress on the bridge and tuning stability.
3. Amplifier Operation
The 5-watt mini amplifier typically includes controls for Volume, Tone, and a switch for Clean or Overdrive sounds. Adjust these to achieve your desired sound. Ensure the amplifier is charged or connected to power if it is a rechargeable model.
4. Using the Capo
A capo is used to shorten the playable length of the strings, effectively raising the pitch of all open strings. Place it firmly behind a fret to ensure clear notes without buzzing.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly wipe down your guitar with the provided cleaning cloth to remove dust, sweat, and fingerprints. For the fretboard, a specialized fretboard cleaner can be used periodically to keep the roasted maple in good condition.
2. String Replacement
Guitar strings wear out over time, affecting tone and playability. Replace strings as needed using the included string winder and cutter. It is recommended to replace all strings at once for consistent tone. Refer to online tutorials for detailed string replacement instructions if you are new to this process.
3. Fretboard and Neck Care
The roasted maple fretboard and neck offer excellent stability. Keep the guitar in a stable environment to prevent extreme temperature and humidity changes, which can affect the wood. The stainless steel frets are designed for durability and long life, especially for techniques like string bending.

4. General Storage
When not in use, store your guitar in its gig bag to protect it from dust, impacts, and environmental changes. Avoid leaving the guitar in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Troubleshooting
1. No Sound from Amplifier
- Ensure the guitar cable is securely plugged into both the guitar and the amplifier.
- Check if the amplifier is powered on and charged (if applicable).
- Verify that the volume knobs on both the guitar and amplifier are turned up.
- Test with a different cable or amplifier if possible to isolate the issue.
2. Buzzing Noises
- Check if strings are properly seated in the nut and bridge.
- Ensure frets are not worn or uneven (less likely with new stainless steel frets).
- Verify proper grounding of the guitar and amplifier.
- Adjust string action (height) if necessary, though this may require professional setup.
3. Tuning Instability
- Ensure strings are properly stretched after installation.
- Check that tuning machine heads are tight and not slipping.
- Avoid excessive use of the tremolo arm if tuning stability is a concern.
- Ensure the nut is not binding the strings.
