• How do I clean the lens of my EUG projector?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth or lens paper to gently wipe the lens. Do not use abrasive materials or liquid detergents directly on the lens to avoid scratches.

• Why is my EUG projector overheating or shutting down?

Overheating is often caused by blocked air vents. Ensure there is proper ventilation around the projector and that the exhaust ports are not obstructed. Clean the vents regularly with a soft brush.

• How do I connect my phone wirelessly to the EUG projector?

Navigate to the 'Network' or 'Settings' menu on the projector to connect to your Wi-Fi. Then, use the screen mirroring app (e.g., Miracast for Android or AirScreen for iOS) on the projector and your mobile device ensuring both are on the same network.

• What should I do if there is no sound from the projector?

Check if the volume is muted or set too low. If using an external source like a Fire Stick or laptop, ensure the audio output settings on the source device are correct (e.g., set to PCM or Stereo instead of Dolby Digital if not supported).
