Chtoocy support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I contact Chtoocy customer support?

You can contact Chtoocy customer support by emailing them directly at support@chtoocy.com or reaching out to their official page on Facebook (@Chtoocy).

  • How do I pair my Chtoocy driveway alarm receiver and sensor?

Slide a mobile phone or a metal object parallel to the probe. The transmitter should flash lights, and the corresponding channel indicator on the receiver will flash for 60 seconds if paired successfully. If you need to re-pair the connection, press and hold the PAIRED button on the receiver for 3+ seconds to enter pairing mode.

  • How long does it take to charge the Chtoocy solar driveway sensor?

The built-in transmitter battery takes 6 to 8 hours to fully charge using a Type-C or adapter cable. When fully charged, the indicator will display a solid green light. It ships from the factory with only 20% power, so it must be fully charged before installation.

  • How do I set the channel or code on my Chtoocy C800 Intercom System?

To set a specific code number for each unit, power it on and press and hold the desired code number button (0-9) for 3 seconds until you hear 3 beeps. To change the system channel, ensure the intercom is OFF, then press and hold the Power button and CALL button simultaneously to enter the Channel setting mode.

  • At what temperature does the Chtoocy HT005-01 pet heater automatically shut off?

For the HT005-01 model, the heating element is programmed to stop working automatically when the ambient room temperature exceeds 100°F (37.8°C) and will safely restart once the temperature falls back below 95°F (35°C).
