Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Camera offline/Cannot connect to Wi-Fi | Incorrect Wi-Fi password; Camera too far from router; Router issues; Incorrect Wi-Fi band (2.4/5GHz). | Verify Wi-Fi password. Move camera closer to router or use a Wi-Fi extender. Restart router. Ensure camera is connecting to the correct Wi-Fi band (both 2.4GHz and 5GHz are supported, but ensure your phone is on the same band during initial setup). Try connecting via Ethernet if possible. |
| Poor image quality | Dirty lens; Insufficient lighting; Network bandwidth issues. | Clean the camera lens. Ensure adequate lighting for optimal image. Check your internet speed and network stability. |
| Frequent false alarms | Motion detection sensitivity too high; Non-human objects triggering alerts. | Adjust motion detection sensitivity in the app. Enable "Human Detection" only to filter out alerts from pets, trees, or weather. Define specific detection zones. |
| Two-way audio not working | Microphone/speaker muted in app; Network delay. | Check if microphone and speaker icons are enabled in the app. Ensure stable network connection. |
| Cannot access recordings | MicroSD card full/corrupted; Cloud storage subscription expired; Incorrect date/time settings. | Check MicroSD card status in app, format if necessary. Verify cloud storage subscription. Ensure camera's date and time are correct. |
| Camera not responding (frozen) | Temporary software glitch. | Disconnect the power adapter, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect to restart the camera. |
