2. Safety Guidelines

3. Assembly and Setup

4. Operating Instructions
The Gotrax F5 offers multiple riding modes for a customized experience:
- Electric Mode: Provides full motor assistance without pedaling. Ideal for effortless cruising.
- Pedal-Assist (PAS) Mode: The motor provides assistance as you pedal. The F5 features 5 levels of pedal assistance, allowing you to control the amount of power output.

The Gotrax F5 is powered by a 48V 13.6Ah (652.88 Wh) high-capacity LG battery. This battery provides an impressive range of up to 28 miles in electric mode and up to 70 miles in pedal-assist 1 mode, with a quick 5-hour charge time.

Charging the Battery
There are two methods for charging the battery:
- Remove and Charge: Unlock and remove the battery from the bike frame. Connect it to the provided charger.
- Charge On-Bike: Connect the charger directly to the exterior charging port on the bike while the battery is installed.
Always use the original charger provided by Gotrax. Do not overcharge the battery. Store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
