Maintenance & Repair

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your electric scooter.

Cleaning and Storage: If the scooter is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft damp cloth.

Brake Adjustments & Service: If brake adjustments or service are needed, contact the GOTRAX customer service team. Do not attempt to repair the scooter yourself, as this can void your warranty and risk damaging the scooter.

Tires: If tire pressure is low, inflate to the recommended PSI on the side of the tire. Recommended PSI: 50.

DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive chemical solvents to clean the scooter, as they can severely damage its appearance and structure. Do not use a pressure washer, as it may also damage the electronics.

Storage: When not in use, store the scooter in a dry and cool location. Avoid storing the scooter outdoors, as sun exposure can damage its appearance and wear down the battery and tires.

Battery Information

Only use the approved GOTRAX power adapter to charge your scooter. Using other adapters may cause a risk of fire and damage to equipment.

Improper disposal of used batteries can seriously pollute the environment. Please comply with local disposal regulations.

Store your scooter and power adapter in conditions between -4°F and 122°F.
