- Electrical Safety: Plug the dispenser into a grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords.
- Water Quality: Use only potable water from reputable sources, such as Primo pre-filled exchange water or self-service refill water.
- Cleaning: Always unplug the dispenser before cleaning. Do not immerse the dispenser in water.
Setup Guide
1. Unpacking
Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective films.
2. Placement
Place the dispenser on a flat, level surface in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance from walls or other appliances on all sides to allow for proper ventilation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause & Solution |
|---|---|
| No hot or cold water dispensed. | Ensure the hot and cold water switches on the back of the unit are in the "ON" position. Allow sufficient time for water to heat or cool after initial setup or bottle change. |
| Dispenser is noisy during operation. | It is normal for the internal pump and cooling/heating mechanisms to make some noise as they operate to maintain water temperatures and refill tanks. |
| K-Cup pod holder does not fully eject. | The K-Cup holder may require manual assistance to pull it out completely for pod insertion or removal. Ensure the pod is firmly pressed into place to be pierced. |
| 5-gallon bottle does not allow the cabinet door to close completely. | While the dispenser is designed for both 3 and 5-gallon bottles, some 5-gallon bottle shapes may result in a slightly less flush closure of the cabinet door. Ensure the bottle is pushed as far back as possible. |
| Water is not dispensing from the bottle. | Check if the water bottle is empty and replace it if necessary. Ensure the probe is correctly inserted into the bottle. |
