- Card Replacement: If the memory card shows signs of degradation or frequent errors, replace it with a new Class 10 or higher MicroSD/TF card.
5.2 Cleaning
- Camera Lenses: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality. Avoid abrasive materials.
- Main Unit and Remote: Wipe the main unit and remote control with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Ensure no moisture enters ports.
5.3 Cable Connections
Periodically check all cable connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage. Loose connections can lead to intermittent operation or power issues.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is correctly connected to the motorcycle's power source and the main unit. Check for any blown fuses in the motorcycle's electrical system.
- Not Recording: Verify that a MicroSD card is inserted and functioning correctly. Check the memory card status on the OLED remote. Format the card if necessary.
- Poor Video Quality: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure cameras are securely mounted and not vibrating excessively. Check settings for video resolution.
- WiFi Connection Issues: Ensure the external WiFi antenna is properly connected. Restart the dash cam and your smartphone's WiFi. Try connecting in an open area away from interference.
- OLED Remote Not Responding: Check the cable connection to the main unit. If issues persist, contact support.
- Vibration Alerts for Recording Errors: If you receive frequent vibration alerts, check the memory card status and ensure it's not full or corrupted. Replace the card if problems continue.
