2.4G Connection
- Turn the power switch to ON.
- Press the channel switch button until the
light is on,the mouse enters into 2.4G USB channel.
Single press
channel button,and the indicator light flashes slowly, enter into 2.4G USB channel.
- Take out the USB receiver.
- Plug into the computer USB port.
Keyboard and mouse share only ONE USB receiver.
Keyboard Bluetooth Connection
- Turn the power switch to ON.
- Single press BTI / BT2 channel button, and the indicator light flashes once to enter the Bluetooth channel.
Long press this Bluetooth channel button for 3-5 seconds again, the indicator light flashes quickly, then the keyboard enters into the Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your device, search or select “ProtoArc KM310” and start Bluetooth pairing until the connection is completed.
Mouse Bluetooth Connection
- Turn the power switch to ON.
- Press the channel switch button until the
1 / 2 indicator light is on, the mouse enters the Bluetooth channel.
Long press the channel switch button for 3-5 seconds again, until the1 / 2 light flashes quickly, then the mouse enters the Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your device, search or select ProtoArc KM310″ and start Bluetooth pairing until the connection is completed.
Mode Switch Method
Mouse
After channels 1 2 are all connected, short press Mode Switch Button on the bottom of the mouse, easily switch between multiple devices.
Keyboard
After channels Bт1 Bт2 are all connected, short press the channel key on the keyboard, easily switch between multiple devices.
Charging Guide
- When the battery is low, the low battery indicator light on the keyboard or mouse will rapidly flash to indicate low power.
- Insert the Type-C port into the mouse or keyboard and the USB-A port into the computer to charge, the red light stays on while charging.
- The indicator light turns in green when fully charged.
Notice:
If the mouse or keyboard is low battery, there will be delays, freezes and other problems. Please connect to the power supply for charging in a timely manner to ensure that the mouse or keyboard has sufficient battery power to get normal performance.

Tips
- If the Bluetooth connection is not working properly, turn off and turn on the keyboard or to restart the device’s Bluetooth and attempt to reconnect. Or delete the extra Bluetooth option name in the Bluetooth connection list of the device and reconnect.
- To switch to a successfully connected channel, press the channel button and wait for 3 seconds before continuing to use.
- The keyboard has a memory function. When it connected on a specific channel, turn off the keyboard and turn on again, they will automatically connect to the default channel and this channel indicator is on.
- For UK users, Why is the keyboard English US (QWERTY) layout when typing?
Before using the keyboard, please set the keyboard language to English (UK) first:
(Samsung tablet for example) Settings › General management ›Samsung Keyboard settings › Languages and types › Manage input languages › Choose English (UK)
(OPPO mobile phones for example Setting › More setting ›Language & input › Physical Keyboard > KM310 › Set keyboard layouts › Choose English (UK)
Sleep Mode
- When the keyboard and mouse is not used for more than 60 minutes,it will automatically enter into sleep mode and the indicator light will turn off.
- When using the keyboard and mouse again, just press any key, the eyboard will wake up within 3 seconds, and the lights come back on and keyboard starts working.

Frequently Asked Questions
How to deal with disconnection issues, keys repeating or typing & clicking delay?
- Please ensure that the keyboard/mouse is fully charged. A low battery can affect the performance of the keyboard/mouse.
- If using a USB dongle to connect the keyboard/mouse to the device,unplug and replug the USB dongle, trying a different USB port if necessa ry.
- If connecting the keyboard/mouse to the device via Bluetooth, delete the Bluetooth name from your device’s Bluetooth connection list, and restart your device and re-pair the keyboard/mouse by following the steps in the user manual.
- If the issues persist, try to connect the keyboard/mouse to other devices to check if the same issues occur and don’t hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.
How to deal with keyboard/mouse won’t turn on or stops working?
- The rated charging voltage for the keyboard and mouse is 5V. It is recommended to use the computer’s USB port for charging.
