Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach Short Base Frame Rails (J) to the bottom of the Left Side Panel (A-1) and Right Side Panel (B-1) using 8x H4 screws. Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram.
Step 2
Attach Long Base Frame Rails (I) to the side panels using 4x H11 screws and 4x H6 washers.
Step 3
Attach more Long Base Frame Rails (I) to the side panels using 10x H4 screws.
Step 4
Attach the Feet (G) to the base frame assembly using 4x H4 screws.
Step 5
Secure the Feet (G) using 4x H2 screws and 4x H6 washers. Ensure the feet are slanting outwards.
Step 6
Attach the Left Side Panel (A-1) and Right Side Panel (B-1) to the assembled base frame using 4x H2 screws and 4x H6 washers for each panel.
Step 7
Attach the Front/Back Panels (C) to the side panels using 2x H2 screws and 2x H6 washers for each panel.
Step 8
Secure the Front/Back Panels (C) to the side panels (A-1, B-1) using 6x H1 screws and 6x H6 washers on each side.
Step 9
Install the Mattress Support (D-1) using 4x H3 screws. Remember to lower the mattress support as your child grows.
Step 10
Attach the Front/Back Panels (C) using 2x H2 screws and 2x H6 washers.
Step 11
Secure the Front/Back Panels (C) to the side panels (A-1, B-1) using 6x H1 screws and 6x H6 washers on each side.
Toddler Bed Conversion
To convert the crib into a toddler bed:
- Attach one side panel (C) using 2x H2 screws and 2x H6 washers.
- Attach the other side panel (C) to panels A-1 and B-1 using 6x H1 screws and 6x H6 washers.
- Install the mattress support (H) using 4x H1 screws and 4x H6 washers.
Day Bed Conversion
To convert the crib into a day bed:
- Attach one side panel (C) using 2x H2 screws and 2x H6 washers.
- Attach the other side panel (C) to panels A-1 and B-1 using 6x H1 screws and 6x H6 washers.
Safety Information & Warnings
WARNING:
Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.
Before Assembly: Read all instructions. Check for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. Tighten all fasteners securely. Do not use if parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact Million Dollar Baby Co. for replacement parts.
Suffocation Hazard:
Never use plastic bags or film as mattress covers. Do not allow gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small. Do not use soft bedding, pillows, or comforters. Place infants on their backs to sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS.
Strangulation Hazard:
Do not place items with strings around a child's neck. Do not suspend strings over the crib or attach strings to toys. Ensure all fasteners are tight to prevent entrapment. Keep crib away from windows with cords.
Fall Hazard:
When a child can stand, set the mattress to the lowest position. Remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could be used for climbing out. Stop using the crib when the child begins to climb out or reaches 35 inches (89 cm) in height.
After Assembly: Do not substitute parts. If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish suitable for children's products.
CAUTION:
Mattress Requirements: Use a mattress that is at least 51 5/8 inches (131 cm) long, 27 1/4 inches (69 cm) wide, and no thicker than 6 inches (15 cm). The intended user's minimum age is 15 months, and maximum weight is 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
Care and Maintenance
Storage: Store furniture in controlled environments, away from direct sunlight, air conditioning outlets, radiators, heaters, or humidifiers to prevent damage to wood.
Care and Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth with a non-toxic cleaner for wood and metal parts. Wipe dry immediately. Avoid abrasive chemicals. For fabrics, use a non-toxic foaming fabric cleaner or leather cleaner. Touch-up kits are available by contacting Babyletto at (323) 282-5163 or INFO@MDBMAIL.COM.
