Purchaser's Agreement

By accepting delivery of this product, you promise that you will not change, alter, or modify this product or remove or render inoperable or unsafe any guards, shields or other safety features of this product. You will not refuse or neglect any retrofit kits that MCombo may provide to enhance and preserve the safe use of this product.

Safety Guidelines

⚠️ WARNING: For your own safety, please strictly follow the instructions in this manual, otherwise personal injury may result!

Before you proceed, please read the following safety precautions:

• Separate and count all parts and hardware.
• Install not less than 6 feet from any obstruction such as fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires.
• Tighten all nuts and bolts securely. Never use power tools or excessive force during assembly and tightening of bolts.
• Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
• It is recommended to protect in case of strong wind or rain and in your absence.
• Do not use candles, matches, or any open flames in or near the swing.

Maintenance

• Wash frame parts and fabric with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly.
• Dry frame completely and allow the fabric to drip dry.
• Do not use bleach, acid, or other solvents on the fabric or frame parts.
• Please inspect and tighten all bolts or fasteners on a regular basis to ensure proper performance and safety of your swing.

Assembly Instructions

1. Preparation

Please remove all protective foam. Before assembling, make sure that you lay out and identify all parts listed below in the parts list. Install on level ground.

Screw Pack

• L: Hook x4
• M: Knob x2
• O: [M8 x 60 Bolt Set] x18
• P: [M6 x 62 Bolt Set] x12
• Q: [M6 x 32 Screw] x6
• R: Double-ended Spanner x1
• S: Allen Wrench x1

Assembly Steps

Step 1 - Frame Assembly

1. Attach Top Bar (right) #A1 and Top Bar (left) #A with [M8 x 60 Bolt Set] #O.
2. Use [M8 x 60 Bolt Set] #O to connect Front Leg #B, Support Leg #D and Back Leg #C.
3. Use [M8 x 60 Bolt Set] #O to secure the assembled top bar and triangular support frame.
4. Use [M8 x 60 Bolt Set] #O and two Support Rods #E to fix the bottom and back of the swing respectively.

Step 2 - Seat Assembly

1. Secure Armrest #F and Seat #G with [M6 x 62 Bolt Set] #P.

Step 3 - Combine Assembly

1. Use Hook #L to connect the Armrest #F and the top bar.

Canopy Assembly

1. Unfold Canopy #K, insert Lower Canopy Frame #J into fabric pipe of #K.
2. Stand Upper Canopy Frame #I on each side of the #K. Attach #K and #I with bolts #Q.
3. Align the canopy with the top bar on the frame using the Knob #M.

Cushion Attachment

1. Tie Cushion #H to swing frame.

ATTENTION: When tightening screws, use Double-ended Spanner #R to secure one end of the screw and Allen Wrench #S to turn the other end. Please check that all bolts and frames are tight before use.

IV. Return / Replacement Policy

MCOMBO®

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from our store. Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that came with the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@mcombo.com or call 323-597-1109 for any help.

Return Conditions

We accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price of the item, including taxes.

VI. Warranty Disclaimer

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of MCombo. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from MCombo.

1. What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, MCombo will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

2. How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period of Physical Goods purchased from MCombo refers to the table below. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
