HMI WING HY Control Panel Manual
Model: 1-4-2801-0155
Product Overview
The HMI WING HY is a control panel designed for all types of WING EC air curtains. It features an interface with the RTU Modbus protocol for seamless integration with Building Management Systems (BMS). Operation is intuitive and user-friendly, thanks to a comfortable, practical touch keypad and a backlit screen. The controller is constructed from high-quality electronic materials and is designed for continuous operation with a 230 V AC single-phase power supply. Its thoughtful design allows for easy installation into a standard Ø60 mm flush mounting box using a dedicated mounting bracket, which also facilitates easy panel installation and removal. Electrical connections are made directly to the terminal block located at the rear of the controller.
The panel offers three-speed regulation for fans with EC motors and three-stage heating power regulation. With its integrated thermostat and programmer function, the controller enables users to define operating parameters within a weekly schedule, allowing for up to four heating periods per day (distinguishing between working days and weekends).
An external door sensor can be installed to select one of three automatic operation modes:
- Door (default): Heating with air supply or air supply only, maintaining the set temperature. Active only when the door is open.
- Room: Heating with air supply or air supply only (air supply activated manually), maintaining the set temperature. Active regardless of the door sensor status.
- Door + Room: Heating with air supply or air supply only, maintaining the set temperature. Active depending on the door sensor status.
The HMI WING HY controller optimizes air curtain operation, ensuring continuous and reliable performance, while its well-thought-out functions contribute to significant energy savings.
Display and Operation
The controller features a display showing various parameters:
- FAN SPEED: Indicates the fan speed setting.
- ROOM SET EXTO: Displays current room temperature (ROOM), set temperature (SET), and external sensor status (EXT).
- TIMER ON/OFF: Shows the timer status.
- COOL ON / HEAT ON: Indicates cooling or heating status.
- Day of the week indicators (MON TUE WED THU FRI SAT SUN): Shows the current day.
- Hour and Minute display: Shows the current time.
- Graphical representation of the 24-hour day: Likely indicates programmed periods or operational status throughout the day.
Key functions and buttons include:
- TIMER: Accesses timer settings.
- AUTO: Likely activates automatic mode.
- Buttons [^] and [v]: Used for adjusting values and navigating menus.
- [Set] button: Used for confirming settings and navigating through menus.
- Hold [Set]+[v]: Used for entering advanced settings or specific functions.
