Rotary Heat Exchanger Units

• Energy Recovery: Rotary heat exchangers with up to 90% recovery efficiency. Features adjustable cleaning sector angle.
• Filters: Bag-type filters with ePM10 50% and ePM1 80% filtration classes, ensuring high casing tightness.
• Water Heater (Integrated): Available with 1 or 2 rows, easy to clean and maintain.
• Electric Heater (Integrated): Heating power from 3 to 21 kW, with double circuit protection and smooth power regulation. Easy maintenance.
• Controllers: Integrated Plug&Play controllers for easy setup and operation. Remote service capability via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM.

Counter-Flow Heat Exchanger Units

• Energy Recovery: High-efficiency hexagonal counter-flow heat exchanger with bypass, made of aluminum. Up to 90% efficiency, operating temperature range -40°C to +90°C.

• Water Heater (Integrated): Available with 1 or 2 rows, easy to clean and maintain.

Additional Functions and Serviceability

Additional Protection: Roofs over the base unit and extensions, and covers for air damper actuators provide extra protection against external conditions.

Available Functions: Duct silencers, freon chillers, and water chillers are available as additional functions.

Service Equipment: Heat recovery systems are accessible from both sides for maintenance and cleaning. Service connections allow for equipment connection without opening the unit. Fan assemblies are easily disassembled for service and inspection.

Automation and Management Systems

Automation: Features include air exhaust path positioning to prevent condensation on automation components, integrated controllers, and remote service capabilities.

Air Parameter Measurement Panel: Dedicated panel for optimized internal connections, active filter contamination measurement, continuous airflow control (CAV), and measurement of exhaust air temperature and humidity.

VMS - VENTUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: A cloud-based solution for remote monitoring and management of VTS Group air handling units. Benefits include energy monitoring and optimization, intelligent control, diagnostics, and maintenance. It integrates with BMS systems.

mHMI Application: A mobile application for commissioning, monitoring, and managing VENTUS compact and modular units. Available on Google Play and AppStore. Connects via GSM (VTS Cloud) or Bluetooth.

CLIMACAD ONLINE 4.0

A free configuration tool with a built-in savings calculator, intuitive step-by-step selection assistant, and integration with CRM, ERP, and WMA systems. Supports all browsers, operating systems, and devices. Data export available in PDF, CAD 2D, CAD 3D, Submittal, Quotation, and Tech Card formats.
