Notice: Characteristics of Crystal Display Monitors
Be aware that the following potential issues are within manufacturing tolerances and do not indicate a defect:
- Screen flicker when first turning on; try turning it off and on again.
- Uneven brightness levels on different images.
- A possible 0.01% or less failure rate for dead or stuck pixels (effective pixel count is approximately 99.99%).
- Image burn-in may occur if a single static image is displayed for a long period; this will gradually disappear, and turning off the monitor for an extended period can speed up the process.
If you experience extended, constant flickering or the screen goes black, please contact Pixio directly for assessment and repair. Do not attempt self-repair, as it will void the warranty.

Adaptive-Sync Technology
Adaptive Sync technology eliminates screen tearing and lag during gameplay, improving the gaming experience. Menu items may vary based on monitor model and graphics card compatibility.
Nvidia G-Sync Compatibility
For users with Nvidia GTX 10-series or RTX 20-series graphics cards, Adaptive-Sync can be used with the latest Nvidia GPU updates.
How to enable Adaptive Sync on Nvidia GPU:
- Right-click on the Windows desktop and select "Nvidia Control Panel".
- In the left-hand navigation pane, expand "Display" and select "Set up G-Sync".
- Check the "Enable G-Sync, G-Sync Compatible" box and select the desired Active Sync display.
- Check the "Enable settings for the selected display model" box.
- Click "Apply" in the bottom-right.
If the above steps do not work, navigate to "Manage 3D Settings", select the "Global" tab, scroll to "Monitor Technology", choose "G-SYNC Compatible" from the dropdown, and click "Apply".
Connection Note: Even with AMD Radeon GPUs and some Adaptive Sync monitors supporting HDMI, Nvidia recommends using a DisplayPort cable to connect your GeForce GPU to the monitor for variable refresh rates. G-Sync monitors generally require DisplayPort.
