Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Base Star
Assemble the chair base star. Place the five legs onto a soft surface (like a rug) to prevent scratching. Connect the legs to the central hub.

Step 2: Attach Central Column
Attach the central column to the assembled base. Use 10 screws (Part Nos. 122898, 149697) and washers (Part No. 100842), tightening them with the Allen key (Part No. 124345).

Step 3: Insert Caster Wheels
Insert the five caster wheels into the openings at the end of each leg of the base.

Step 4: Install Gas Lift Cylinder
Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hub of the base. An ornamental cover is placed over the cylinder.

Step 5: Connect Seat Mechanism to Gas Lift
Insert the gas lift cylinder into the seat mechanism. The arrow indicates the direction of insertion.

Step 6: Attach Seat Mechanism to Base

Step 7: Attach Seat to Mechanism
Attach the seat to the seat mechanism. Use three screws (Part Nos. 158834, 158835) and tighten with the Allen key (Part No. 100092).

Step 8: Attach Backrest Support
Attach the backrest support arm to the seat mechanism. Use one screw (Part Nos. 152546, 152545) and tighten with the Allen key (Part No. 124345).

Step 9: Attach Backrest
Attach the backrest to the backrest support arm. Use one screw (Part Nos. 152546, 152545) and tighten with the Allen key (Part No. 124345).

Step 10: Attach Backrest Assembly to Seat
Attach the backrest assembly to the seat mechanism. Use four screws (Part Nos. 122900, 159026) and tighten with the Allen key (Part No. 124345).

Step 11: Mount Seat Assembly to Base
Place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.

Step 12: Adjust Seat Height

Safety Castors
Our chairs are equipped with safety castors that brake automatically when no one is sitting in the chair. This prevents the chair from rolling away when you stand up, ensuring it remains in place.
