Assembly Steps

Please follow these steps carefully. Ensure all parts are present before starting.

Step 1: Assemble the Base

Attach the four base legs to the central base hub. Ensure they are securely fastened.

Step 2: Attach Central Column to Base

Connect the central column to the assembled base. Use four screws (Part numbers: 10107591 / 10107596) and the Allen key (Part number: 100092).

Step 3: Secure Central Column

Further secure the central column to the base. Use four screws (Part numbers: 10107592 / 10096939) and the Allen key (Part number: 100092).

Step 4: Insert Gas Lift

Insert the gas lift cylinder into the central column. Remove and discard the protective cap.

Step 5: Attach Seat Mechanism to Seat Cushion

Turn the seat cushion upside down. Attach the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using four screws (Part numbers: 120169 / 10061866) and the Allen key (Part number: 124345).

Step 6: Attach Backrest Support Arms

Attach the two backrest support arms to the seat mechanism. Use six screws (Part numbers: 120169 / 10061866) and the Allen key (Part number: 124345). Ensure correct tightening of nuts and bolts.

Step 7: Prepare Seat Cover

Zip up the seat cushion cover.

Step 8: Attach Side Seat Cover Panels

Attach the side panels of the seat cover. Zip them up on both sides (2x).

Step 9: Attach Backrest Cover

Place the backrest cover onto the chair structure.

Step 10: Secure Backrest Cover

Secure the backrest cover to the seat mechanism. Use two screws (Part number: 10060059) and the Allen key (Part number: 100092).

Step 11: Continue Zipping Backrest Cover

Continue zipping up the backrest cover.

Step 12: Finish Zipping Backrest Cover

Complete the zipping of the backrest cover.

Step 13: Attach Seat Assembly to Base

Attach the assembled seat and backrest unit to the base assembly. Use six screws (Part number: 124345) and the Allen key (Part number: 124345). Ensure correct tightening of nuts and bolts.

Step 14: Insert Gas Lift into Seat Mechanism

Insert the gas lift cylinder into the seat mechanism on the underside of the seat.

Step 15: Adjust Seat Height

Operate the lever under the seat to adjust the chair's height.
