2. Promotion Period: From 01.07.2025 to 13.08.2025, or until supplies last.

3. Eligibility: Nespresso Club Members (consumers and entrepreneurs). Excludes HORECA channel businesses.

4. Promotion Offer: Receive a Barista Ice Tray (SKU: 144470), two Barista Creations Glasses (SKU: 133239), and one Cooler Bag (SKU: 143887) with the purchase of any 350 Nespresso coffee capsules (Original or Vertuo line) at regular price.

9. Returns and Gifts: If a consumer returns the purchased capsules for reasons other than product defects, the gifted items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns should be sent to Logwin Poland Sp. Z o. o., Al. Katowicka 66, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Poland. This also applies to individuals whose business orders are directly related to their economic activity but not professional.

10. Tax for Entrepreneurs: For individuals operating a business, an additional cash benefit of 11.11% of the gift's value will be added to cover advance income tax on the prize. Nespresso will calculate, deduct, and remit this tax to the relevant Tax Office.

11. Changes to Regulations: Nespresso reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions due to changes in law, court rulings, administrative practices, market practices, clarification of ambiguities, or to prevent violations and unforeseen business circumstances. Changes will be published in a new version of the regulations and will take effect from the publication date. Rights acquired before the change remain unaffected.

12. Language: These regulations are provided in Polish and English. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
