Nespresso Summer GWP Promotion Terms and Conditions

The organizer of this promotion is Nestlé Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (Nespresso Division in Warsaw), address: 02-672 Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 32, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000025166, NIP 527-020-39-68, BDO 000016180, share capital of PLN 42,459,600 fully paid up (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer). The Organizer has the status of a large entrepreneur.

The promotion will be valid from 01.07.2025 to 13.08.2025 or until stocks of products designated by the Organizer for gifting are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

The promotion is addressed to Nespresso Club Members, i.e., registered Nespresso customers who, during its duration, make a purchase from the Organizer in accordance with point 4 below (hereinafter referred to as Participants). Entrepreneurs conducting business in the HORECA channel (hotels, restaurants, cafes) cannot participate in this promotion.

The promotion involves the possibility for the Participant to receive a Barista Ice Tray (SKU: 144470) as a gift from the Organizer, provided that at the same time they purchase any 90 Nespresso coffee capsules from the Original and/or Vertuo line at the regular price from the Organizer.

Participants in this promotion, regarding the aforementioned purchase, can take advantage of it by:

• the website www.nespresso.com,
• using the Nespresso mobile application,
• in Nespresso Boutiques in Poland,
• by calling the Nespresso freephone number (800 51 52 53).

Participants in this promotion can take advantage of the offer once.

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions conducted during the same period by the Organizer and does not apply to orders activating the Nespresso Coffee Plan.

In the event that a Participant who is a consumer, who has made a purchase as referred to in point 4 above, at a distance, e.g., via the Internet, and who subsequently exercised the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of Nespresso coffee capsules, for reasons other than a product defect (thereby ceasing to meet the promotion's condition), they will be obliged to return the received gift to the Organizer in its original and undamaged packaging, i.e., the returned gift must be originally packaged, show no signs of use, and not be damaged. The return should be made to the address: Logwin Poland Sp. Z o. o., Al. Katowicka 66, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Poland. The provisions of this point will also apply to natural persons placing orders within the framework of this promotion, if these orders are directly related to their business activity, but do not have a professional character for these persons.

In the event that the participant in this sales promotion is a natural person conducting business activity, an additional monetary benefit amounting to 11.11% of the gift's value will be added to the value of each gift, intended to cover the advance payment of income tax on the prize. The Organizer, as a payer of lump-sum income tax, before issuing the additional prize to the participant, will calculate, collect, and remit the lump-sum income tax due from the winnings to the competent Tax Office.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion in the following cases: (i) changes in legal provisions, changes in case law, changes in the approach of public administration bodies, as far as they concern the regulations, (ii) significant changes in market practices, as far as they concern the regulations, (iii) elimination of any interpretational ambiguities of the regulations, (iv) the need to counteract violations of the regulations, (v) justified changes in business circumstances that objectively make it impossible or significantly hinder the implementation of the regulations. The change will take place by publishing a new version of the regulations. Changes to the regulations will always take effect in the future, from the moment the change is published. Rights acquired before the change remain unchanged.

These regulations have been prepared in Polish and English versions. In case of discrepancies between the two versions, the prevailing version is the Polish version.
